Gorgeous old home full of antiques, books and even a grand piano. The owners are most hospitable and you will feel like family. Wonderful 4 nights of very quiet and comfortable sleep. Great hot showers once the hot water heater turned on. First night shower cool. We might have been the first guests of the season. Breakfast options good. Parking easy. Quick walk downhill to Lennox restaurants etc. Large grounds with hills for happy children and sweet doggies. Pets welcome. Very close to Tanglewood via optional scenic back roads. This home was built in 1867 and visitors will see walls needing minor repairs, but was not a big deal. The gardens were in bloom, including the gorgeous and fragrant wisteria. Looking forward to returning here!

Great location, and the staff was extremely helpful with recommendations, breakfast, etc. the property was clean and nice, but a fair bit older than it appears online, fyi

Lisa was very nice and a pleasure to engage in conversation. The room was very clean and comfortable. My Chinese girlfriend was a little superstitious about the graveyard located directly across the street. It didn't bother me. I concentrated on the beautiful garden in the backyard and the nice sitting area on the patio. Lisa was a wonderful host and provided a fantastic breakfast in the morning!

Beautiful unique home filled with antiques - transported us to an era past. Lovely.
Mattress was not great - could be upgraded.

This was a fascinating property. Very charming. Breakfast was a real treat. Good coffee!
The room was tiny, (the Blue Room) but that is understandable in an old house. It helped that there was a lovely porch area just outside the room. The biggest problem was difficulty locating and using the electrical outlets in the room. Also, the vintage dresser was nice, but needed drawer liners or something to make it feel clean.

Beautiful property with many cozy spots to sit and relax. We were served a fabulous breakfast. A wonderfully relaxing location.
