Club Med Valmorel

The trip was very nice, I enjoyed my time with the other teens and the snowboarding. I especially liked the GOs, Yona, Ryan and Sully. They are great instructors and helped unite the teen group together to have a lot of fun!!

Our recent stay at the Exclusive Collection at Club Med Valmorel was nothing short of exceptional - a seamless blend of refined luxury, warmth, and impeccable service set against the breathtaking Alpine backdrop. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this was not simply a ski holiday, but a carefully curated experience led by outstanding leadership and a genuinely remarkable team. At the heart of it all is Yanis Baeza (Chef du Village) - a true professional whose presence is felt throughout the resort. Yanis leads with elegance, attentiveness and visible pride in his team. His ability to combine operational excellence with authentic human warmth sets the tone for the entire village. Our Lodge experience was elevated beyond expectation thanks to Alice, the Lodge Manager, whose attention to detail and effortless grace ensured every aspect of our stay was seamless. She anticipated needs before we even voiced them - a rare and invaluable quality. The Concierge and Guest Relations teams were equally outstanding. A special mention to Esteban, Supervisor Concierge, whose calm efficiency and problem-solving abilities made everything feel effortless. The concierge team - Théodoro, Capucine and Léna - were exceptional: proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in enhancing our stay, whether arranging activities, reservations or simply offering thoughtful recommendations. Behind the scenes, excellence continued. Bergamotte, Housekeeping Supervisor, ensured impeccable standards throughout. The Exclusive Collection accommodation was pristine at all times, thanks to the meticulous and warm housekeeping team: Juliette, Océane, Eva, Lorrette, Bouchra and Elvyra - discreet yet consistently attentive, creating an atmosphere of effortless comfort. Dining at Valmorel was another highlight. Under the supervision of Flavio (F&B Supervisor) and Yasin, service ran with precision and warmth. The restaurant team — Aurélie, Angèle, Jules and Dimitri — delivered attentive, personable service that felt genuinely welcoming rather than procedural. And of course, evenings were made memorable thanks to the bar team - Emma, Lucas and Kokoz - who not only crafted excellent cocktails but brought energy, humour and personality that made each evening feel special. What truly distinguishes the Exclusive Collection experience is not just luxury, but people. The culture of attentiveness, professionalism and authentic hospitality is evident in every interaction. The team works in harmony - and that harmony is felt by guests. Valmorel itself is stunning, but it is this exceptional team that transforms a beautiful location into an unforgettable experience. To Yanis and his extraordinary team: thank you for setting a benchmark. We left with wonderful memories - and every intention of returning.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Mini Club team at Club Med Valmorel, and I cannot thank Meliana, Ilona, Thor, and Kubi enough for the incredible care they gave to my daughter. From day one, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure she felt happy, safe, and included. It’s never easy leaving your child in someone else’s care while on holiday, but this team made it effortless. Their kindness, energy, and professionalism were evident in everything they did. They created such a fun, engaging environment with creative activities, outdoor adventures, and thoughtful moments that made each day special. My daughter looked forward to Mini Club every morning and came back full of stories, smiles, and excitement. That alone speaks volumes. Meliana, Ilona, Thor, and Kubi are a true asset to Club Med Valmorel. Their passion for what they do shines through, and they made our family holiday even more special. G

My experiences were very good. I really enjoyed skiing in Valmoral. All the geos are very nice especially yona.She’s a kind and loving Geo who helps and makes all activities very nice and enjoyable and silly are very entertaining. They make your experience extra special Ryan and Sully are the extra touched to it to make your experience it even more special

While the resort is beautiful and well situated, we had a bad experience at this ClubMed as we felt our children were not kept safe. It started with our child breaking her leg on the ski slope and no communication from the ski team on the incident, we had to push them multiple times to get a meeting for more information on such an important event. Our son stayed in ski school, but since we were at the hospital tending to the broken leg of our daughter, we could not meet him for lunch. We learned later that he was told he could not eat lunch, and the only explanation they provided was in French. So this child was on the slopes all day and denied lunch at an all-inclusive resort! The staff then woke us up at 10pm that same night to give our child a "gift". This woke up both our children, including our aforementioned daughter who had broken her leg a mere few hours earlier that day.. The next day, we learned that a food dish had nuts but had been incorrectly labeled as being nut-free (our children have serious allergies to nuts). We left the resort 5 days ago and we are still waiting for a refund of ski equipment that was unused to the accident. This holiday was stressful and the opposite of what a holiday should be. Throughout these events, we found English to be rarely and poorly spoken, which escalated our feelings of not feeling safe.

Part of the ClubMed all inclusive brand. Once everything has been booked, you don’t need to put your hand in your pocket for anything else. The hotel is a fair reflection of what you have paid for. Highlights include the staff, the food and bar. However it is a very busy hotel. The resort has plenty of skiing for the more able but beginners are bussed from the hotel to easier areas in the resort as ski in and out is a tricky steep blue run. Plenty of things going with some imaginative/ bizarre evening entertainment but you can get involved as much or little as you feel like. Overall a really easy all inclusive ski holiday.
