We visited Andorra for some days and decided to stay at the Mola Park Atiram and did not regret our choice. Parking spaces are right beside the hotel and even in high-season we had no problems to find a free parking lot. The breakfast buffet offered great quality and a good variety of products. The rooms were clean and we found enough space. We also want to highlight that all of the staff did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as they can.

A lovely room, very quiet with a luxurious bathroom area. Shower cubicle, with waterfall shower as well as rainfall and hand held shower head. great lighting, The bed was very comfortable, with white bedding only. Complete black-out blinds. I felt very safe here; the staff at reception were very helpful and understanding. Cappuccino from coffee machine (they wouldn't make me one from the espresso machine) was sweet, however, a large espresso option with hot milk made for a reasonable coffee. 10 minute walk to the hospital and a few minutes to the top of the pedestrianised shopping street. Loved it here!

Hotel has a good location, walking distance from center and main attractions but also in a quiet area. Personal was polite and respectful, offered a lot of information regarding our stay and were ready to address any complain we had. The room was very clean, same as the bathroom, also the view of the room was very nice, seeing the mountains in the distance. The bed was comfortable, had no issue to have a good sleep. Parking was free over the weekend. Overall a very good stay in Andorra, very good price quality ratio.

I would normally have rated this hotel quite highly and been glad to award it the same kind of reviews as it seems so many other people who have used its services have already previously appreciated. However, despite its benefits – and I stress that this really is only based on my personal experience – I left earlier than I intended and with a very bad taste in the pit of my mouth. Let it be understood that in general, Andorra is the kind of place that is totally geared towards screwing whatever money it can out of the tourists who visit – and what happened to me through this hotel was simply another example of this kind of behaviour that is unfortunately evident pretty much everywhere within this country that would like to offer itself as a cultural and lifestyle alternative to Monaco – but has as much chance of doing this as either might Bognor Regis, Benidorm or Larnaca. The bottom line here is that whilst the facilities on offer are perfectly acceptable – though basic, minimalist and quite cramped – the morality behind the Management's treatment of its guests is seemingly only copacetic for as long as the visitor shuts-up, pays-up and has no issues. ... Such as, and by happenstance, was not my case. Unfortunately, due to a burst water pipe emergency in my home above Monaco, I had to leave three days earlier than anticipated. I asked the Hotel if they would be prepared to reimburse me the unused days and they told me to go through *********** – who had taken my reservation – and ask them to contact the Hotel by return with the authorisation for the reimbursement. The Hotel management stated that “normally”, in the case of an emergency, such a request would be favourably received. After two days of back-and-forth with Booking.com's 'faceless' Customer Service, I was informed that it was actually the Hotel who would make this decision. Look – it's not about losing the cost of the extra three nights: I can afford it. No worries there. No – rather is it that the INEFFICIENCY – or purposeful veniality of the staff – actually compounded the growing sour taste in my mouth by SURCHARGING me the Turist Tax TWICE OVER – for a so-called “double booking” – when I had EXPLICITLY reserved as a SINGLE traveller: the added amount being directly and illicitly charged to my Credit Card without my authorisation or any request having been previously made. Furthermore, the way that this was done was in such an underhand manner that it also purportedly laid the onus of the blame on ME because I had supposedly not paid this on Check-Out: when, in fact, I had asked both Receptionists of the previous evening, AND the Night Receptionist - (early on the day of my departure( - whether I was “all paid-up”: and had been assured that I was. Note that I have absolutely NO issue in paying ANYTHING that is legitimately owed. Went to Andorra for a school skiing trip. The hotel was more than fine for a school trip, however, most people we met were racist towards my black, Indian and Pakistani friends. The locals shouted the n-word and the p-word most times we went into the town, and on the gondolas going to the ski resort, the workers there targeted my group and wouldn’t let us on the gondolas and gave us an extremely hard time. They tried to find any reason to kick us out and they even tried to have a few of us arrested! On our last night, we had local kids throwing rocks at our windows and threatening to come to our rooms. They had access to the hotel because they were allowed to use the games room on the bottom floor. We had to call the police and they couldn’t do much about it apart from take their ID’s.

Great hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The view from the front facing rooms is incredible and well worth requesting. The central location of the hotel is its biggest advantage.

The hotel is located at the end of the city or halfway up the hill. From the station it used to cross the entire city. When I saw the front desk of the hotel, I asked, ”Did you actually drive?” It’s probably watching me push a box and gasp. But breakfast is OK, the hotel has a free warmth to soak (it is quite cold 36. 7 degrees - on a relatively small pool, I just met a pair of foreigners when I entered, haha small place everyone squeezed or a Beauty.

I recently spent five nights in the Art Hotel as part of a ski group vacationing from the northeastern US. We were a group of 27, with the diverse needs and requests one would expect of a larger group. We found the service, accommodations, and overall ambiance to be outstanding. Hotel owners (Ellie and Albert) and hotel staff were warm and attentive. The meals included sufficient choices to satisfy anyone's preferences. The rooms were comfortable and clean. But the best part was the gracious and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel. I would recommend Arthotel anyone making plans to visit Andorra. Our stay was a delight.

Petit hôtel de montagne familial de deux étages, a un quart d’heure d’Andorre, simple et sans chichi mais propre et accueillant. On sent que cet hôtel au charme désuet est très bien entretenu. Il y a même un ascenseur. La dame à la réception est sympathique et fait l’effort de parler français, Chambre bien équipée. Bien chauffée, télévision avec les chaînes françaises. Wifi ok. Literie et oreillers de bonne qualité. Salle de bain fonctionnelle, a part la cabine de douche qui est vraiment tres petite.. le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est au prix de 9 euros par personne et les produits sont très bons. Nous sommes venus avec une WonderBox mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir car nous trouvons le rapport qualité prix tres correct.

Having read through some of the reviews I was surprised to see after staying hear that there were some negative reviews including not being worth the trip from the capital....well if you've got to the capital and cannot manage another 30 minute trip out into the mountains then best stay at home and save yourself the trouble of traveling in the first place. Having spent 2 nights here I have to stay I cannot fault it, granted its not got the cosy welcoming fire in the lounge area or a coffee machine in the room but it's spectacular scenery, friendly staff and fabulous food (which was a particular highlight) I loved my stay here....if the hotel can keep the staff and the chef then who needs a roaring log fire....a rare fine that has paid off handsomely!!! A large bouquet of flowers to all the staff....
