Went to a wedding at this venue and everything went perfectly. Rooms are great and close to the venue

Upon check in the staff denied my debit bank card and stated it was unacceptable.
But still charged my debit bank card for canceling my reservation, the same one they refused at check in.
It had nothing to do with hotels. Com reservation it was the hotel itself.

Good location, room was ok. Restaurant in hotel was very good. Had to get key card reset on second night of stay. 2 other friends had the same issue.

Very nice hotel with great amenities- close to shopping and dining. I always stay here when on business in Lethbridge.

The restaurant was great, the room was mediocre...crappy bedding, only 1 towel, no help from staff to extend our stay when needed.

Great hotel located conveniently close to Highway 3 and minutes away from the Japanese garden. Many restaurants in the vicinity and an incredible onsite restaurant as well. Room was comfortable and clean. No breakfast which would have been nice but did not detract from the stay. Would highly recommend.

One of the better hotels in Lethbridge. Nice it has a pool and hot tub and excellent restaurant. Overall good value will come stay again

Missing a few small items like glasses in the room and extra toilet paper otherwise very nice
