Stayed here to visit my daughter going to college in Leuven. This place is a stealth awesome. It's a run down building on the outside but modern and clean on the inside. Highly recommendes.

The room was fantastic. Very comfortable, great rooms, private bathroom, plenty of space, tv, windows with lots of light, bed so comfy, shared kitchen with good facilities and free coffee. Loved it. HOWEVER, I was sent the wrong code to the front door so and so wasted a long time outside unable to go inside with noone answering my phone calls or watsapps to the property. Also, I was not sent the code to be able to self check in and get my key once inside the front door. Great self check-in idea but someone needs to be attentive and the correct information MUST be sent or you're stuck outside and cannot enter. Finally someone helped me. It is unfortunate as this was a really great place to stay but if you cannot enter, it has zero stars!

TERRIBLE AND WORST NIGHTMARE. Very noisy due to no sound proof and car traffic. Asked ******* for refund but till date no reply. Oostel is ok to refund due to my valid reasons

i do not recommend staying here to anyone, unless the only quality you need is “cheap”, but even then i would recommend staying elsewhere. the photo’s look nice but the place lacks all the charm and designers feel that you would expect from the advertisement. the room is big, but most of the space is unused. the bed is hardly any wider than a single bed, it is hard to sleep in it with two people. the rest of the furniture seems to be put randomly in the room. the led light in the bathroom hurts your eyes. the room is located on a street corner and filled all night with loud noises from the traffic, like accelerating motorcycles and mopeds, cars stopping and driving by. the sound insulation is non-existent, even with the windows closed. you hear people clearly talking outside and walking by. it is hard to fall asleep. we booked and contrary to the confirmation e-mail we had to call the hotel to receive the self check in instructions. parking instructions were missing so we parked in a parking nearby, but they didn’t accept foreign bank cards. just as the nice bakery next door. the owners have tried to make the place cheap and they succeeded in that. and even though they added some happy colors, the place could use some more love and better furniture to make it nice and charming. and some sound proofing to make it easier to fall asleep. cheap is nice, but this is too cheap.

Was a nice Place near the City Centre, Self check in and check out easy...near Aldi supermarket and the train station. Had a small kitchen where one could prepare coffee and some breakfast, also a vending machine. Altogether nothing to complain about.

Propre, bonne situation pres de centre, bon prix, facile a trouver, parking pas loin. Juste un peu complique pour recevoire le code pour la cle.

El personal no solucionó los problemas. Tuvimos que desactivar nosotros bajo instrucciones del personal la alarma de incendios ya que estaban fumando ********* en una habitación. Si no la desactivamos tendríamos que esperar cerca de dos horas hasta que vinieran los bomberos según nos comunicaron. Debería de haber venido alguien y no nosotros tener esa responsabilidad. Después se quedó mucho olor en el alojamiento a ********* y tampoco hicieron nada de parte de los responsables del alojamiento. Toda la noche con ruidos, gritos, música, subiendo y bajando por las escaleras continuamente las misma personas. Avisamos al personal aún seguimos esperando la respuesta. Finalmente a las 5 am, comenzaron a golpear más tres ventanas de la habitación fuertemente e intentaron abrirlas, volvimos a intentar comunicarnos con el personal pero está vez sin éxito. Tuvimos que llamar a la policía para intentar solucionarlo. Fue imposible descansar. Reclamamos a través de Booking el importe total de la estancia. Booking desde el inicio tampoco puso ninguna solución al respecto, solo le transmitió el mensaje al alojamiento. El alojamiento nos ofreció el reembolso de una sola noche pero si quitábamos todos los comentarios nos reembolsaban el total. Decidimos que no quitaríamos ningún comentario, se lo comunicamos a Booking, y el alojamiento finalmente no nos reembolsó nada. Era todo un chantaje, si aceptábamos el reembolso total era como si nada hubiera pasado ya que cancelarían la reserva. Así que mucho cuidado si se alojan en alguno de sus alojamientos.
