Clean hotel, convient location, even smelled new, Everyone was friendly, even those that didn 't speak English. Front desk was very helpful, food suggestions, plus coupon. Recommended the Arboretum! Great time there!! Breakfsat was LACKING! No scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no sweet rolls! Expected MORE from a top notch facility!!

Emma was the VERY BEST evening/night check-in petson ever. After a long day of travel, it was wonderful to have someone pleasant, helpful and just genuine nice. It was a great stay.

Lobby dated but the hotel rooms were huge and very clean. Complementary breakfast. Adorable fire pit outside.

We booked a suite bc we wanted the extra space of a suite. I think for those who book for anything beyone a standard room, they should not have to pay for NETFLIX!

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! We were in town for a concert at Rupp Arena so we decided to stay here. It was such a convenient location, close to so many restaurants! The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful! The best part was how CLEAN it was! Super impressed with the cleanliness!

We had a good, quick one-night stay while traveling home to Atlanta from Niagara Falls. Everything was great except for the "living room" TV did not work properly. It would've been nice to kick my feet up on the couch and watch Netflix at the end of a long day of driving.

Hotel is very clean, and nice. Staff are very friendly. Excellent gym facility, room was awesome.
Only complaint would be that the pillows on the beds are not comfortable at all.

It was very easy for where I was visiting. The only thing was the fire alarm went off twice the first night, we were outside for an hour and they still weren't sure what happened. But they were very apologetic

Clean and closest to airport. Staff ordered Lyft and off to the airport we went on Christmas Day!
