Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lexington, KY

We encountered many problems while here. We checked in on Friday night 10pm and checked out on Sunday at 10:30am. Upon check out, I left my personal number with the front desk and asked if she would have a member of management give me a call at their earliest convenience due to the many issues we had. Here it is over a week later and we haven’t heard from them. Issues: * While taking a normal shower, the bath tub fills up a little over halfway. * Air conditioner was not working the first night and into the next day. After contacting the front desk, they had it working by the time we returned Saturday night. * Called front desk for pillows and were told they didn’t have any extras. * After getting back after midnight from the rodeo/concert on the second night, the TV wouldn’t connect to direct TV. Called front desk. Told they can’t do anything about it. * To our surprise, there was no spa/hot tub. Called front desk about the advertised spa/hot tub and was told they were going to remove the spa/ hot tub from the advertised listing. * Pillows were Paper thin. And the bed was super firm. I’m a side sleeper and my arm was numb, both mornings waking up. * On Sunday morning around 9am, I went to the front desk for 4 towels. Was told they were drying so they would bring them up once they are done drying. We checked out at noon and the towels never showed up. * Pull out couch mattress was very old uncomfortable and coming apart. * The hallways and rooms had a musty smell.

The traffics noise at night is terrible. The sink pop-up drain was broke. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs sausage waffles. Could have had more fresh fruit

This hotel was rated pretty high for what we experienced. 2Q bed was a spacious room and there was ample parking. It is on a busy street and we asked for a quiet room, if possible. Being on the 4th fl was a good start, but we ended up with a window facing the street with heavy traffic throughout the night. The ceiling plaster was broken out above the shower head. The 4th fl hallway had an odd odor. The breakfast area was the biggest disappoin**ent. There must not be a breakfast area attendant. The waffle maker was out of service with a large mess of batter that ran, not dripped, down the base cabinets and spattered across the floor. It was already dry…halfway into the breakfast period. There were biscuits, but no gravy. A garbage receptacle is needed in the breakfast room in addition to the one at the exit. There were several housekeeping people on the first floor, but not heading toward the breakfast room. On my way out of the hotel I mentioned the batter mess and she said ,yes, she knew.

This property is very nice and clean. Rooms are updated and comfortable. Very quiet. It was easy to get to. Staff was friendly and very helpful and accommodating and the price is affordable. 10/10 recommend

It was a short stay with are family. It met our needs for our overnight stay going South. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Kids loved the pool!

the bathroom needed a better cleaning, the shower in particular. the TV in the room didn't work and wasns't attached to any cable so there was no signal. the condition of the TV and cabinet was poor and the property mgmt should have been aware of the issues.

Everything in the room and bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable and not so uselessly deep and high. Slight disappoin**ent in Direct TV selections. Also would appreciate having a clock or microwave clock in the room.

This hotel is clean and affordable. Right near downtown and places to eat.

It is an older property as indicated by the room furniture. However, The rooms are big. I like having a bedroom and living room. Great property for longer stays
