Baia del Mar Beach Boutique Hotel

I would say that overall Jesolo wasn’t the best choice and we wouldn’t like to repeat the experience. The hotel rooms were very clean, and the food was delicious, we really loved every dish we were offered. However, the restaurant is a la carte, and it was rather slow, so dinner lasted about 1.5 hours, which was a lot for a family with kids to sit and wait for each dish to come. There was no entertainment for kids, no kids clubs or anything, only the pool. The most disappointing thing about the hotel is that for a four star hotel it was supposed to give some services , which were not included in the price, for example: you had to pay for the towels, for all the drinks, they were not included in our half board meal plan, paying for sunbeds around the pool, paying for the sunbeds on the beach. It was really annoying. The staff was friendly and nice.

Beautiful hotel fabulous location with the friendliest staff. All round, great experience for our first trip to Lido de Jesolo. Would definitely recommend. Facilities were spotless. Breakfast had enough variety for all tastes. Staff are so very friendly and helpful.

I will briefly summarize our experience: Plus: • Location right on the beach • A nice promenade through the streets with a lot of bars, restaurants, game rooms that liven up the evening beautifully • the food and beverage store immediately led the hotel • Excellent coffee and cappuccino directly at the hotel • Willing and friendly staff • room cleaning and clean towels every day Minus: • Paid parking right next to the hotel €10/day with the price of accommodation for 5 nights for 3 people totaling €2250 via booking, and he wrote to us that we have parking included in the price, and I asked for it and informed the hotelier about it in writing in a note when booking, but they didn't know about it or pretended to. • Breakfast extremely poor selection, every day the same, no choice of sandwiches, prosciutto, salami on three plates, you immediately received the following mix of plates when you sat down at the table 1st plate only two slices of ham, two slices of speck and two slices of salami and two slices of cheese 2nd plate, a bowl of mixed fruit and mixed small muesli and butter 3rd plate, a selection of sweet pastries Of course, they will be happy to fill all the plates if you ask. It didn't suit us personally, we are used to continental breakfasts and we like to choose from a larger variety, here you could also choose, but extremely limited ...we were also in Caorle in 3* hotels in the old town, also directly on the beaches, and the selection and quality of tanajoks could not be compared. •In the price we had one beach umbrella and two sunbeds, others for a fee Next time we will definitely choose another place in Italy, as we love this countr, and if we should return to Lido, I wish not to this hotel. The effort is appreciated, but I think that the hotel industry and gastronomy and service have moved on, we have 2023 in this hotel, somehow it didn't work, it's hard to say why, I believe that they will take the review to heart and work on the shortcomings and better quality corresponding to 4*

We cannot say anything negative about this hotel. They do not have too many visitors from Canada but definitely rolled out the welcome mat. The front desk service was exceptional with multi lingual staff very willing to help with excursion planning and anything else guests may need. Make sure you book with breakfast as the spread was incredible. Service was always friendly and accomodating. The location is right on the beach and located on the ***** of restaurants and hotels. in the evenings the street was closed to car traffic and enjoyed by all with games for the kids, bars and coffee shops for the adults. Enjoy the boardwalk that stretches for miles along the sandy coast and dine on fantastic food at the many local eateries. If travelling to the airport ask the front desk for bus tickets as the bus ride was much cheaper than a taxi and very easy and quick. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Definitely a 4* plus property.

6.33am I left my house in Sud-Tirol, temperature was 0 Celsius, a light breeze was spreading around the mountains and my Mtb was ready to "fly" ; at 6.03pm (after good 10 hours ride) I was at the " Baja" happier then ever, tired but ready to taste a solid menu with fish, shrimps, salmon, and a fare amount of extremely good gourmet dishes, flavors and inevitable marinated tastes

Back from the Covid 19 hard-times, we weren't expecting perfection, but it was, even better then the years before. Ms Krista and her team (we only mention few names...such as Luana, Tamara, Suri, Andrea.....) were special and the security and sanitary protocols were processed to safely stay at the hotel. Our room had a beautiful lateral sea view and a frash balcony; the breakfast spectacular, cold and hot (cooked live!) , with a really good and tasty super Bio-menu truly sincronized by an astonishing service at the table coordinated by a top Chef and Master Patisserie. But the "top of the pop" was out of the enormous and beautiful terrace glassy window....a true surprise..after the welcome coffee and briosche at the check-in: the Baya del Mar Boutique Hotel is right in front a pretty decent shore-break (sandy banks moving during the winter storms) wave and wind spot, where we had the most amazing two full kitesurf and Sup-surf days of our visits on the Adriatic see. Baja del Mar made Jesolo our surf paradise for the rest of our stay, warm water, soft sandy wave picks, small but long enough to make it through the piers and 20 steady knots of wind. As a family we needed something special, it was! Bof Family.

The trip was a true pleasue. It has been a relaxing and beautiful trip to a very nice hotel with an amazing staff. Will go there again for sure! Nice pool, nice beach, lovely room and once again - an amazing and friendly staff!!! Thank you!

Un vero boutique hotel, camera laterale con vista mare molto bella, ampia e pulitissima. Colazione super bella con prodotti di ogni genere anche a bordo piscina e quindi fronte mare. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Lasciano gratuitamente i teli mare. Piscina fantastica con angolo idromassaggio e piscina per i bimbi accanto. Animali accettati di piccola taglia (15€ al giorno) ma viene preparata in camera cuccia con copertina, telo e ciotole, un ottimo servizio. Torneremo sicuramente.
