Hotel Ambassador Meuble

A beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast (4stars) nice pool and very nice stuff and leadingship. Cappuccino and eggs were braught to the table. The room Arena clean and nice with aircondition, TV, balcony and WIFI.

The hotel is renovated, visually beautiful. But we were very disappointed by the attitude of the staff. Done kindness. The bikes are all broken, they don't bother to fix them, they refer you to borrow them elsewhere. When we arrived, we were charged for two breakfasts, although only one was taken, the owner's comment - beyond criticism. Service staff unprofessional.

The people who ran the Hôtel were rude. They always answered us with a rude tone and were always ready to argue. We had taken a room with three beds and found two, so we rightly went to the recepcion. They told us they would add one, but we doubted about the space that would be left in the room and they started comparing the prices of triple rooms in other hotels, reading them aloud to us. To be ashamed of! When we went to see the room ready and prepared, we had no problems, because even with the third bed there was enough space. The following morning, during breakfast, we had decided to change the hotel with the one in front, where we had a good time in the past, also because we were told that if we wanted to leave there would be no problems. We check out at 10 in the morning. We find that breakfast cost € 15 per person (on booking it cost € 12) including the 7 year old girl that would have paid full price. We say that this is the first hotel where a kid pays full price for breakfast, which, by the way, just drank some juice and ate some cereal, (I drank a cappuccino and ate two pancacke). The reception clerk told us, and I quote, "I can't wait for you to go". Atrocious! If you are unable to socialize and communicate with other people, go to work elsewhere! And if you don't like customers particularly, keep it for yourself! Also because it is the customers who pays and not vice versa.

I personally stayed in this hotel about 3 years ago and last week I treated my elderly parents to a 3 night weekend retreat. They loved it, they said the hotel (as I remembered) was very nice and clean inside, They particularly loved the breakfast, with fresh everything. The beach umbrella and lounges were also included in the price and very nice. The only thing was the busy street but the location is very convenient. We'll be back!

Ho passato 3 notti in questo hotel in occasione delle gare di nuoto di mio figlio. La camera, una tripla, non molto grande ma comoda con arredamento moderno ed un bel balconcino con vista piscina. Comodo anche il bagno e la doccia. Molto buona la pulizia. Materasso per me un pò troppo duro ma cuscino comodo e camera silenziosa. Buffet per la colazione buono ma un pò sbilanciato verso il salato. Bella e ben tenuta la piscina. Ombrellone e lettini gratuiti nello stabilimento raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Staff gentile e disponibile soprattutto Vincenzo che sempre attento a soddisfare le nostre richieste. La zona pedonale dei negozi è ristoranti di Lignano è raggiungibile in 5 minuti in auto. Vicino comunque ci sono diversi ristoranti dove poter mangiare. Considerando il prezzo contenuto rispetto a quanto offerto dall'hotel posso solo che consigliarlo

Ottimo Hotel, accogliente, personale gentilissimo, tutto in ordine e pulitissimo. La camera, il bagno, i letti comodi e confortevoli. Colazione top! Un posto degno per qualche stella in più! Lo consiglierei a tutti!

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage, in 5 Min ist man zu Fuß am Strand, viele nette und gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Uns gefiel der Stadtteil besser als das „neue Lignano“ weiter oben Richtung Hafen. Unser Auto haben wir die ganze Zeit nicht bewegt. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer (2 Zimmer getrennt durch eine Schiebetür, Bad von beiden Zimmern begehbar): angenehme Größe, sauber und ordentlich, mit Klimaanlage. Jeden Tag wurde unser Zimmer gesäubert, die Putzfrau war sehr bemüht! Das inbegriffene Frühstück war umfangreich (Kaffee, Tee, Kakao, Eier, versch. Wurst und Käsesorten, Obst, Tomate, Gurke, Croissants, Brot, Semmeln, Kuchen, Kekse, Joghurt, Müsli) und die Kellner waren immer sehr hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend! Man fühlt sich hier wegen des Personals direkt wohl! Für uns war der Pool für nachmittags perfekt. Die Liegen sind größtenteils im Schatten, was uns mit Kindern sehr gefiel. Rundum ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut, wir würden wieder kommen :)

Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec du choix, salé sucré. Vous pouvez demander des œufs sur le plat ou autre. La boisson chaude est servie à table. Chambre propre avec petite terrasse agréable. Parking et vélo mis à disposition et ascenseur. Seul bémol si vous avez des voisins bruyant c est l'enfer. Tous les jours à 8h réveillés par les cris des enfants, le sèche cheveux et les parents qui parlent fort, et dans le couloir pas mieux. Autrement à 10mn à pied de la plage.

Prima volta a Lignano e prima volta che stiamo 10 giorni nello stesso posto! Hotel molto accogliente, pulito e a due passi dal mare. Colazione a buffet abbondante... a proposito di colazione, Vincenzo e Renata (personale di sala) simpatici, disponibili e molto efficienti, anche con noi che abbiamo una bimba piccolina... La camera quadrupla, spaziosa e ben organizzata, rispecchia lo standard di qualità, la piscina è la ciliegina sulla torta di un ottima struttura. I titolari, sempre presenti in struttura, gentili e disponibili. Da consigliare a famiglie e vacanzieri in generale. Dalla Liguria con amore, Diego, Nika, Ari, Lalla e la piccola Ambra..
