Good hotel in convenient location

Υπέροχο διάλειμμα, ωραίος χώρος πισίνας και λιγότερο αποκλειστική επιλογή αν προτιμάτε να μην ξυπνάτε νωρίς. Το μπαρ της πισίνας ήταν υπέροχο και καλή επιλογή (ωραίο να σερβίρονται ποτά σε ποτήρια αντί σε πλαστικά ποτήρια). Το φαγητό ήταν αρκετά τυπικό 3/4 αστέρων all inclusive, χωρίς παράπονα. Τα δωμάτια είναι υπέροχα, AC, πολυτελή κρεβάτια, μεγάλη τηλεόραση, καναπές και πεντακάθαρα. Το Know beach bar βρίσκεται σε ένα εξαιρετικό σημείο, μια εξαιρετική προσθήκη, μπορείτε να φάτε εκεί μία φορά κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής σας (συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα). Τις μέρες που ήταν πολύ ζεστό για την πισίνα που περάσαμε τις μέρες στο Amos beach bar, 80 ευρώ είναι πολλά για κρεβάτια, ποτά και φαγητό για όλη την ημέρα, δώστε μια συμβουλή και σας αφήνουν να κάνετε κράτηση στην πρώτη σειρά, απευθείας στην παραλία. Το ξενοδοχείο απέχει δύο λεπτά από μια σειρά από μπαρ και εστιατόρια στο *****, μερικά ήταν λιγότερο φιλόξενα στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο σε αντίθεση με τους Ολλανδούς τουρίστες, αλλά συνολικά πολύ φιλικά. Η περιοχή είναι λίγο υποβαθμισμένη, αλλά η υπέροχη παραλία απέχει δύο λεπτά. Θα συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και θα έλεγα ότι ήταν ένα από τα ωραιότερα στην περιοχή.

From start to finish our trip was fabulous. We were greeted with some fresh lemonade by a lovely member of staff. Hotel is gorgeous through out, with lots of food options. The pools and pool bar meant you could stay in the hotel all day if wanted. The great location was close to all of the lively night life. Yet still far away enough to not hear anything at night. The beach bar is lovely, and a lovely member of staff called Andreas was incredible throughout. Beach chairs cost daily but they do on all plots. The room was gorgeous, better than imagined. Couldn’t have been better!! I would really recommend, and would definitely go back! Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!

Hotel a 2 star not 5 . Only thing good about this hotel is refurbished rooms , indoor pool and gym , disgusting , dirty dark and a real mess . Food very repetitive , cheap and nasty , paper cups in rooms not proper cups , do not look at the pictures they show I will show you proper photos , pool area round rear and tennis court totally mess , I’d say avoid at all cost . Rude reception staff , even the jet to rep was a waste of time , just made excuses .

This was supposed to be our honeymoon hotel. We arrived late (5am) and were held to fill out a form with our details and other information. We explained it was our honeymoon but the receptionist couldn't care less. They didn't do anything to make our stay special although we later found out that that would be an impossible task in this hotel. Definitely it is not by any standards a 5 star hotel (more like a 2 star or 3 star European hotel)... Given that there was no water in the rooms, in one of the hottest weeks of the year, we went to the reception to find out where we could get some water in an ALL INCLUSIVE regime. They told us to go the nearby supermarket or wait until 10 o'clock to ask for it in the pool bar. The schedule of the pools are nonsense. The outdoor swimming pool only opens at 10 am and sunbeds need to be "reserved" by you sitting there from 9am. They close early (at 6pm) despite the great weather until 8.30pm. The indoor swimming pool is rather small and simply exists. The air conditioned was locked at a certain temperature and power which had no impact what so ever in the temperature of the room (other than the noise). The room was okay and cleaning was good. Regarding food, the hotel offers some local and international dishes and they were mainly good. Snacks between lunch and dinner are just some low quality cookies, industrial cakes and ice-creams. Cocktails were pre-made and either too sugary or too watery. The staff from the restaurant is in general kind, the ones from the reception should work more on their customer support and kindness. The beach is still some 300 metres from the hotel and it is rather small. In the beach bar (while they serve food), you are only allowed drinks in the AI scheme. The bar has a nice view and it is close to shops and restaurants. Overall, we feel that we had a bad experience and that the quality-price is not worth it. Would definitely not return there and encourage people to search for other alternatives in the area (it's full of hotels and for sure better ones)!

Perfect location if like a short walk to the beach , with one of the hotels bars situated there for a few cheeky cocktails during the day and evening.  A short 100m walk to more bars , shops and anything you could wish. Great central location. 👍🏼 Rooms..... We had 2 rooms as we have two teenage children and we brought the daughters boyfriend with is this year. The rooms were just what you need comfortable, clean , and enough for a the two or three that are staying in it. Air conditioning , fridge , TV , Safe. The maids are fantastic and do a great job everyday. 👏 Staff.... Well what can I say. What a friendly bunch. From the management all the way to the housekeeping. Always there to attend to your every need. Restaurant staff... The guys and girls in the restaurant were so good it was unbelievable , very quick and polite. I didn't get many of their names but one called Nicoleta was always there to help. Pool bar Staff... Excellent service with polite friendly attitude.  Hardworking and dedicated to the guests. Clean and tidy all the time. Well done. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. Know bar Staff.... Mike and ferno the guys at know bar were great. Friendly and helpful.  Really chilled atmosphere.  Great to sit there on an evening watching the evening go by. Well done guys. Thanks again for making our stay enjoyable.  Pool.... The pools were very nice. The main pool was great . No dreaded SUNBED WARS. The pool guy Tassos was superb. Any towels put on beds early and left will be taken off and folded up and placed aside , unless you are sat with the sunbeds. Best time to go is about 9:30am after breakfast when there is plenty.  Tassos well done mate , Great job. Food..... An excellent range choices for every meal. Different foods every day. Pasta's , meats , salads , plenty to choose from for all ages. No complaints for us. Excellent food and drinks. A really enjoyable stay for all the family. 

stayed here in September the food was good but seldom hot staff were friendly and rooms modern only down side we paid for a side sea view you had to lean over the balcony to see the sea we were above the hotel service area and got a early morning call due to delivery vans also a car hire site over the road would I return yes but would ask for a better room and if you go with Jet2 you get dropped at the top of the road NOT GOOD

The hotel is not five stars let say three. The staff in the restaurant I can’t say not professional especially the head Waiter Speaking always with mobile cell phone. In general auful stay. We don’t recommend this disaster.

Kind,,welcoming and helpful staff,, tasty food & beautiful renovated rooms. Near the city center and the seaside walk of Hersonissos. 24 hours reception,,easy access. Live music 🎶 nights for entertainment. Not too far from main cities of the island.
