The worst hotel I have seen with rooms that are smelly ,torn beddings and check in staff don’t care to explain to you anything you ask because they are busy on their phones.
Terrible hotel with a lot of smoke every where even inside the rooms .

This stay was in a higher price-point and there were several problems we did not expect given the cost. One, the bed was a sofa bed. This was very disappointing as it was noisy and uncomfortable. A $270 room should have a real bed. This was the main issue, but there were several smaller ones as well. There was no luggage cart available and the staff seemed unsure/disinterested in helping with that. The room coffee was a knock-off Keurig type of coffee that was not really bad, and the room was very small. On the positive, the room was nice and clean, and most importantly, it was a quiet stay. The main issue was the bed.

The pool was very relaxing. Food service workers worked very hard, but didn't look happy at all

Great hotel! Clean, minimalistic decor, roomy bathroom. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Steps away from a Spa, ****** and all types of restaurants. Been there before and Ill go again!

I have been a Bally's Twin River Hotel Lincoln RI guest awhile & I find it comforting, ******* allows me to provide & access the opportunity to book & make arrangements for requests, I had a very wonderful peaceful stay Feb 04,2024 overnight until February 5,2024. Thanks ******* & Bally's looking forward to my next visit.

They placed a $100 hold on my debit card, which I didn’t know about beforehand. That was $100 I needed and couldn’t use. Other than that, the hotel was very nice.

lots of trash in parking area and around the entrance. the hotel is beautiful but as a non smoker you can smell the smoke from the ****** in the lobby. the ****** is so smokey it is disfusting its 2024 its time to make it non smoking and give the tiny section currently used for non smokers to the smokers.

I liked the pool. The people were nice. Our bed had a lot of hair on it. We had to get new bed sheets as soon as we got there. Also the vent was in front of the right side of the bed and air blew in our face all night. Lots of sneezing.
