My little stay-over was very nice.
I was treated with respect and that is appreciated. Everything was up to par. Water was hot, bed comfy towels plenty.
I will return.

Overall pretty impressed. A few things that made this trip more of a 4/5 star rating is first, the shower walls and bathtub had a good amount of hair from the previous room occupants, behind the toilet was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned, there was some sort of food crumbs around the floor where the microwave and mini fridge was, and one of the beds had what looked like a juice or blood stain on the comforter. We had our 8mo old baby with us so we used the elevator quite a bit so we didn’t have to carry our child, our bags, and a stroller up the stairs to the 3rd floor… however every time we went in there, there was a foul smell and the ground was always wet and slippery from people going in and out of the pool.

Jill at checkin was Super helpful. Good cookies. Pulling hot tub in good shape and chili snack in the evening was also yummy as was breakfast over all. It was wonderful Katie also on the telephone was very helpful

The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the use of the hot tub on site and the Continental breakfast available. Staff was professional and polite. I would love to stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed. They had chili at night which was great again. The pool was nice! Then breakfast in the morning was really good. Room was really clean and spacious.

Overall it was great; room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was definitely on top of things. Staff was also nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again as both my boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised with the room, the decor, cleanliness, etc.
Only three criticisms (none a deal breaker to staying here again): The air ventilation in the bathroom (to ventilate the steam during a shower) didn't work. Parking was tight (small parking spaces and limited room to maneuver). Spa had deposits of sand in the crevices and needed to be cleaned out; I get it, it’s the beach.

The hotel staff was so kind. Not just to us, but to each other. That is how you can tell that a good environment has been created. I really appreciated our family experience.
