Breakfast room was too cold, 65F on both mornings.

Stayed in an accessible room so it was a bit different than a normal room. The toilet ran the entire time so that was annoying but it was clean. The shower only had a handheld so that was not great and to get any water pressure it had to be boiling hot. Bed was soft but comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast had an amazing selection although the 6am - 930am availability was a bit annoying. I was irritated that the hot tub is still not in working order as it's been broken for months, and it's winter. People want to soak and relax. Parking lot was almost full and not enough handicap parking spaces.

This was not a bad stay by any means. The room was clean however had a musty smell when we arrived. We opened the sliding door and let some air in and it got better. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The room was dated and needs an update but it was clean. The bathroom was very small. The door hit the toilet everytime you closed it. In order to close the door and be in the bathroom you had to step all the way in and stand either between the toilet and sink or toilet and shower. The shower had a curved rod but was missing a screw which allowed it to roll downward. This made it so the curtain would not stay at the edges, it slid to the center about six inches on each side. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good however they were already putting items away at 9 and the breakfast ran to 9:30.
We would stay here again but it would not be our first choice.

The rooms are a great size for families. The breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was the jets in the hot tub were not working well. We did have a great time.

The hot tub and pool were well maintained, the breakfast was a hot buffet, the staff were kind and friendly, the beds comfortable, the room clean. We had a restful and rejuvenating stay! Many thanks!!
