AGUA MEGA QUENTE !!!" AAA MAIS EU ADORO " EU DUVIDO ! PQ NINGUEM ESTAVA DENTRO DELA NO CARVAVAL DE 2024. TODOS ESTAVAM EXPREMIDOS NA UNICA PISCINA "FRIA" , DEUS QUE ME PERDOE!!! QUASE 2K A DIARIA PRA ISSO TIME DE RECREAÇÃO PERDERAM MEU FILHO DE 8 ANOS, AS 10:30 DA NOITE NINGUEM SABIA AONDE ESTAVA MEU FILHO !!! UM ABSURDO. CHECKOUT, UM ATRABALHADO TIME, ABRIRAM A PORTA SEM BATER, EU ESTVA NO BANHEIRO.... SENDO QUE EU ESTAVA DENTRO DA MARGEM, PQ EU RECEBI INFORMAÇÕES QUE PODERIA ALMOÇAR LA, NO MESMO MINUTO RECEBO LIGAÇÃO NO CELULAR, AVISANDO QUE ERA PRA EU IR EMBORA, SENDO QUE EU JA TINHA FALANDO PRO RAPAZ QUE ABRIU A PORTA, QUE PODERIA VIR PEGAR AS MALAS QUE ESTAVAM PRONTAS...OU SEJA, VÃO LA COMER, PRONTO !!!

Food was the best! Everyday a different menu, especially for the meats and salads. Dessert quite similar every meal. Rooms get long time to be cleaned but they can do it by evening. I lost my baby's milk bottle and my sister lost her daughter's glasses and they found them both and kept well to give is back on the following day. Crib and baby bathtub was also provided. Not so many activities for children at 2 and 3 years but for over 4 the kid's monitors can be very helpful.

Foi nossa segunda visita ao hotel, a primeira ocorreu há 10 anos e agora retornamos com nosso filho de 6 anos. Houve uma ótima evolução no complexo, e para aquilo que buscamos, descanso e lazer, atende perfeitamente. Os funcionários são sempre educados e atenciosos, possui muitas opções de atividades para crianças e adultos, tivemos uma questão com a limpeza do nosso quarto quando chegamos, mas fomos prontamente atendidos para resolução, nosso filho tem uma questão restritiva na alimentação e tivemos toda assistência da equipe de nutrição, todo dia tinha uma refeição separada para nosso filho, esse foi um diferencial. Como todo local possui algo a melhorar, mas colocar isso em evidência seria injusto com todos os pontos positivos que possuem, no nosso caso aquilo que precisamos resolver foi resolvido com comunicação e a pronta resposta dos responsáveis, para quem quer um local calmo, aconchegante, com ótimo ambiente familiar, recomendo sem dúvidas.

Ótimo hotel !!! Fomos no Carnaval de 2024 e adoramos! Pessoal muito receptivo, animado, clima bom...os recreadores então, todos ÓTIMOS! Tio minhoca, tio amendoim, tia carambola, tia narizinho, cupcake...e todos os outros! Fizeram a diferença na nossa estadia. Meus filhos de 9 e 13 anos adoraram! A comida então, excelente!!! uma fartura! Várias opções no cardápio, e tudo muito gostoso! Ùnica coisa que eu acho que falta é uma música na piscina fria... fica tocando música o dia todo na piscina quente, mas na fria não tem caixa de som...somente quando os recreadores vão para lá que levam a música, mas fora isso, fica um silencio...rs... mas de resto, tudo muito bom!!!

Excelente local para curtir as férias com à família, ótima gastronomia e presteza dos funcionários !!RECOMENDO!! Os eventos e as Estações gourmet são sensacionais!! Os espaços para lazer e caminhada são ótimos!!

As acomodações são ótimas, a infraestrutura é bem pensada, e pára por aí. A comida francamente, não combina com a expectativa de resort. Café da manhã, almoço ou jantar. Os petisco do bar horríveis. Salão de jogos sem ar-condicionado (eternamente em manutenção) e os funcionários de atendimento destreinados - não sabendo responder dúvidas essenciais do hóspede. Já o time da hotelaria e limpeza, sempre atentos, organizados e de bom humor. Enfim, é a segunda e última vez que viemos aqui.
