At check in there was no one at the desk. There was a phone number to call two get someone to show up and check me in. I called the number three times and no answer. I had to find a housekeeper working in a room and ask him if someone could help me. I had to wait a half hour to get checked in. I had to get somebody to make the TV work no room service unless I specifically requested it. Large pile of boxes and freight stacked in the reception/check in area. Carpet not vacuumed in the hallways. This motel looks like it is in serious decline and is terribly understaffed . It’s a shame because this motel has a fantastic location.

The owners can make it better . The hotel has a good location and nice rooms but no good service.

Clean hotel. Breakfast is a bag with 2 instant oa**eal and snack bar. There were not any towels in the room, they need to use some bleach on the towels. Front desk provided towels fresh out of the laundry at 10pm

Super 8 overbooked. We did not have a room at checkin. They reassigned us to their partner property, the Travelodge which was sketchy at best. Room at Travelodge appeared to have been cleaned but there was a pile of dirty sheets in the room and the room door was open.

I found a baseball cap and pr. glasses beside my bed which begs the question, was the room cleaned properly? Other than that, I was grateful to get the room in lieu of the incorrect date confirmed originally.

When I book my room it was 2 queen beds and the website said breakfast included. When we arrived we had 2 full size beds, no breakfast offered except oa**eal and our room did not have a room key.
I was very disappointed for the price.
