Travelodge by Wyndham Livingston Yellowstone

We had been placed in 2 rooms and then transferred to their other property. The first had bedbugs and the second the room we stayed in wasn’t even finished

The staff that was there was nice. they were very short staffed. on check in they weren't sure my room was ready and had to check it personally. it looked like it had been cleaned weeks or months before. the light fixtures had bugs in them, the light above the bed didn't work and the cover was broken and left exposed for repair. The jacuzzi has cracks in it.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The shower/tub doesn't drain while you shower. It is molded in the corners of the shower. The toilet was dirty. The door had been kicked in at one time and they tried to repair it but you could see outside from the inside through about a half inch gap. The wind would blow through it. They never came into the room for service the whole time we were there. We stopped at the office 3 times wanting to get some clean towels and nobody was there. Finally about 9 p.m. we were able to locate an employee. I truly wouldn't stay there again. If I could have gotten a refund I would have just left. If you are looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend that you find another place to stay.

Staff was good facility was anything but. First room heater was off; could hang meat in it. Discovered surge protector in heater power line tripper; reset and heater fired up. Went to dinner came back heater off; would not run more than 2-3 minutes without tripping off. Staff gave us a new room; ice cold. Heater worked but could not regulate; full on or full off; had a terrible night too cold or too hot. Light fixtures in vanity area torn out; locking fixture on back side of door torn up. Will not stay there again; cannot recommend; have no idea where all the good reviews came from.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Only thing I can say negatively is that the breakfast was not put and ready at 6:30 am when I was getting back on the road.

Lack of staff at front desk. Floor in the room was dirty. The floor was old and worn out and falling apart. The water in the shower went from scalding hot to ice cold and back again many times during my shower.

People do the best they can with what they have (staff). the place was rundown, no breakfast dirty on the hallways, need a bit of good scrubbing.... but conveniente if you need to be in the area.

I have stayed at this travelodge at least five times now over the years. The family that owns it is very nice and while the front desk sometimes is not occupied it’s usually pretty easy to find them. Rooms are nice and comfortable, location is close to the north entrance of Yellowstone making it a good landing place after being in the wilderness. My only issue with this place is the house keeping staff. The make so much noise very early in the morning and it really put a damper on my ability to get a decent nights rest the past two trips. Singing “no sunshine” at full volume at 8 am right outside my room is not cool….

I had reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub and they gave it to some one else and then gave me one with a kitchenette that you can’t even cook in cause it only has a microwave it was pointless
