The staff were amazing. Polite and and really helpful, Breakfast was absolutely spot on. This is a really nice and very reasonable stay.

A warm,very clean and tidy room. Very helpful staff.
It will be even better when work on replacing lift is complete.
The steep steps up to the front door are tricky but I was kindly helped with my case.

Ideal place for a stay for a break in journey after coming off ferry before starting road journey to south coast next morning.Will use again ,room was very comfortable and excellent breakfast.Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Near the sea front and restaurants open in Street nearby till 9pm

Positive: Very good location. Decent hot breakfast served daily. Rooms cleaned daily. Sleeping area big enough for two adults. Negative: Bar quite small with only 2 draught options. Bar only on 5pm - 11pm. Shower in room powerful enough but very small area. My friend is 6 feet tall and struggled to move in there!

The breakfast was lovely, but the room wasn't good, very old and small. On the pictures on their website room looks different.

We booked one night because we had not stayed here before but ive paid for another night this morning we are very happy with the hotel and will be using it again

Price was very good for my stay. A single room with tea/coffee, TV, desk for using laptop. Small bathroom but fine. Breakfast was excellent. Quiet and safe. Wifi was working great. Staff nice. I liked this hotel and would return.
