Very bad experience, a staff barged into my room in the morning without knocking, with bad attitude. The room was cramped and small, the roof was slanted, and you often hit your head. The only advantage is the location.

Beautiful food fantastic service, this is a great find. We had dinner here it was excellent food was all well prepared lots of fresh vegetables. A great menu choice and a bottle of decent wine that didn’t break the bank. Dog friendly as well. Really enjoyed the seabass and a lovely ice cream sundae. Service was excellent very helpful staff.

We stayed for a special birthday weekend. Hotel is fabulous, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, fantastic food, very friendly, professional staff, envious sea views and very central…… just perfect, will definitely stay again. Thank you for looking after us. Vicki & Mike, room 11

Lovely friendly staff at the hotel. Mary was particularly helpful as was the barman who may have been the Manager ? Beautiful, tasty food in the restaurant, comfortable bedrooms with en-suite , family rooms available.Close to the pier and town centre . Definitely a great find and would stay here again .

Room 3 Great Twin ( can be king) with perfect window over looking the sea. Amazing shower and super clean😍 Stand out service from the lovely Mary front of house. Great breakfast in delightful setting Nice bay with sea facing bar and cafe. Will return. I don’t think I’ve used the facilities of a hotel as much in Llandudno over the past 15 years as I did here.

Lovely, friendly, clean, really nice hotel. Good location. parking if you are lucky outside, if not, not sure where, we were lucky. Beach, across the road. Food, the best! breakfast, a really good selection, we had two dogs and they got a sausage in a bowl for them both, one each, they loved it there.. I would recommend to anyone.

Ideally located with a friendly team and an excellent restaurant. We have stayed in not non sea facing and sea facing rooms both were comfy and well presented rooms. This was our second visit third booked. We have stayed in Llandudno a few times a year for 30 years or so. Think we have found our favourite and can’t wait to return.

Very welcoming, a great spot to access llandudno, breakfast was beautiful too. Bottles of water in the room was a nice touch as well as the obvious tea/coffee making facilities. The only 2 negatives were the lift wasn't working, and it was EXTREMELY windy so with the single glazed sash windows there was a considerable draught through the room. But it was extreme wind so normally I imagine it wouldn't be an issue. A really pleasurable stay.
