Perfectly located to explore N Wales and Llandudno. No parking however, but the railways station is close by.

Had a premier plus room and it was excellent Triple glazing, so no noise from traffic outside Used car park by railway station but did notice various street parking that had no time limit Bar and restaurant was good Right in the middle of town, 1 street back from promenade

Excellent - staff could not be more helpful especially Steve and Ian , nothing was too much trouble Room spotless , food excellent , great central location brilliant for the station and shops and cafes on the doorstep Will definitely be back

This was our 3rd visit to this Hotel this year and like both previous times it was great, clean, modern and the Staff are excellent

Couldn’t ask for friendlier staff, good food, lovely room, very clean, excellent disabled access, parking is a 5 min walk at the railway station we paid to park for 3 days, no problems at all.

All the staff were so helpful, attentive and courteous they made my stay with my disabled parents an absolute pleasure. We will definitely be returning

Very nice hotel, would stay here again. Dining room is quite small so I would recommend that you book a table for breakfast. The juice was not pure juice at breakfast but a watered concentrated juice like from a bottle. The breakfast was of a good standard

We had a one night stay over the busy Bank Holiday weekend. The hotel is in a good location especially for places to eat and drink ,also for shopping. The staff were friendly and attentive. The bedroom was very nice and sleep quality was good. The bar lounge was a great place to relax. The breakfast was excellent and served until 11am on Saturday. Children stay and eat breakfast for free which is a great bonus. Check out is 12pm another bonus. Parking is on street or at the train station which is a few minutes walk. Premier Inn's policy is that windows do not open which is a minus for us but the air conditioning was tolerable. Good value especially the family deals.
