Alles bestens.
Das Frühstück ist leider nichts besonderes. Die Kellner sind etwas schnell beim Abdecken des Tisches.
Mir wurde zwei Mal der Tisch leergeräumt, während ich am Buffet war.

Bonjour je me permets de vous adresser ce commentaire au sujet du repas qui étais pas au top car nous avions demandé la viande halal et le service petit déjeuner qui est pas au top dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de self service plus de choix sur les repas ou autre toujours les même choses à part l’accueil tous le reste est de zéro ou qu’il nous face payé la boisson gazeuse c’est inadmissible surtout quand on prend le service tous inclus

Initially we were very impressed just how well this hotel was run, the lovely food and brilliant facilities. Unfortunately out opinion changed half way through our holiday as a large group came to the hotel and we're allowed to take the hotel over. We turned up for dinner at the time it opened 19.30 only to discover arrangements had been made for the group to eat from 19.00. We were told the restaurant was full and we would have to wait 30 minutes. I made a complaint to the management who appeared to think there was nothing wrong with this. As we don't usually eat late we went out for dinner. Albeit we had paid full board to enjoy our meals at the hotel. In the end we only went for breakfast, because it was the only mealtime that wasn't overrun. The restaurant couldn't cope despite them being an excellent team. On the whole the staff were really friendly. The housekeeping team were excellent and kept the rooms and socked with all the necessaries. At the beginning of the holiday we were so impressed with the hotel and would have happily booked again. But now, we wont return.

Lovely clean hotel. The rooms were spacious and air con worked well. Plenty of choice with food. Dinner in the evening is too busy and not enough tables on some occasions. The pool area was clean. About a 20 minute walk to lloret beach front. 10 minutes to local beach. 15 minutes to boadella beach which is beautiful with a lovely cafe/bar. Naturist should you wish. Overall a lovely hotel but very busy. So if you want peace and quiet, maybe not for you.

nice hotel, 7 min walk to beach. Child friendly hotel, the staff all dressed up and put on a halloween party for the kids which was lovely. Staff were friendly/helpful. rooms were basic. Big queues at breakfast time when hotel was full (ie sat/sun). breakfast was nice though loads of nice fruit, fresh pancakes etc.

Our vacation in Oasis was wonderful, everyone was satisfied, especially in the first days. we were received very joyfully. at the reception, the children were offered gifts, since we got to the hotel on Halloween. I remembered a very bright dinner in the style of Halloween, everyone was in costumes and masks. the food was tasty and prepared also in the style of the holiday. In the future, nothing has changed in the services. all the time the staff was very friendly and even at one point when a very large group of vacationers entered the hotel. For several days, long queues at elevators and queues for meals began. but thanks to the hotel staff, everything was controlled and did not overshadow our further stay. I can confidently recommend this place for a cozy family vacation.

Bad point: no entertainment,noisy room,que for food,que for elevator,dirty outside pool,not recommended for October couse lots of people’s come for pray,rude service staff’s,food is average quality Good point:friendly reception,clean room,lovely gym jacuzzi and steam room,good location,beautiful city

Hotel was clean throughout and welcoming. Modern feel. Covered outdoor pool was amazing. Rooms were clean and cleaning staff always greeted us with a smile. The only issue was staff inconsistencies. Dependant on who served you at the bar a cappuccino was different every time! The receptionists were mostly helpful but some were less then. The check in process took a long time. The food was more of a 3 star standard. The hotel was decorated for halloween and the staff dressed up. A great effort was made by all. Overall we had a lovely holiday and a great rest.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and very polite. A very well located hotel with everything within short walking distance. Highly recommended.
