Just checked out of the hotel, we have had a wonderful time, the staff were friendly, the place was clean and the food was good.There are multiple events hosted at the hotel which includes quizzes, dances and shows. On Wednesday there a Gin night and on Friday there’s a Mojito’s night. On arrival at the hotel you will be given complimentary free drinks of your choice which is a nice touch , also the safety deposit box is free which a lot of hotels charge for. Great location by the beach. It was a lot more laid back than the Rosamar Garden which we visited that was manic. All in all a good 4 star hotel that we would return to .

The hotel was fantastic, the staff were amazing, the location superb, food plenty but Luke warm 🥵 we resorted to warming up our dinner in the microwave! The local area was really pleasant with walks to the beach and the local castle .. plenty of bars restaurants on the way

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day break away (from the Irish weather!). Food was really nice, great choices each and every day. Friendly, and helpful, staff. Beds are very comfy. The room was all that was required. Lovely sunny balcony. Lloret-de-Mar is a great place to visit. Will certainly be back again.

Arrived on a rainy Sunday in April with partner and 2 kids. The days after were sunny so we could enjoy the sunbeds and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The pools outside were open but somehow my kids were the only ones brave enough to use them ;-) Also the small spa area was nice and felt like new. The room was clean but could use some refresh. Great was that it had a separate bedroom for kids. The food was tasty (we had breakfast and dinner included) but not always warm. Tip: booked directly on the hotel webpage. Best price and additional discount when subscribing as member! Also the car parking was nearby cheap and well lit during the night. Not sure how this hotel feels in summer when Lloret is crowded but off-season april i definitely can recommend!

Just waiting to leave on arrival room was lovely but view looked onto dirty pool and I would say imigrants sat around asked to b moved and was to a very small room with a awfull smell had to keep door open day and night cos smell made me feel ill didn't complain as we'd already moved once hotel nice roof terrace perfect wiv views out to sea pools were cold but we braved it and nice for a cooling of first time at any hotel restaurant was not like a canteen wiv lots of clanging around nice to eat in there staff was lovelly and lots of choices ro eat although not very warm but enjoyed what we had all in all nice hotel plenty of shops bars restaurants outside away from the busy part of Lloret wld come again

Great location, lots of restaurants and shops just steps away, a variety of pools and suntanning terraces. Loved hammam and hot/cold showers. Oudoor pools in April were too cold to use, but our daughter was very happy with the indoor pool (28 C). Loved the fact that there was a lifeguard. Room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily. Bathrobes and pool towels available for deposit. Booked a half board package- had plenty of options for all tastes. Next time would choose full board. Hotel is a little outdated, but comfortable and has everyhing you need for a good holiday.

Very good Hotel right beside the beach on the *****. Sun lounging patio at the front upstairs was a very nice touch and really put you in the heart of Lloret De Mar with a view of the beach right in front of you. Staff were lovely and rooms were spotless we especially loved the massaging showers. Good sized balconys and good working air conditioning. Staff were kind enough to change us rooms when other guests were too noisy. I would have given it 5 stars but gave 4 due to the salt water aqua massage pool downstairs as we believed it should have been adults only considering there was already a children's pool downstairs with slides etc and parents would take their kids into it as it was a particularly small area. Although there is a little pool up deck beside the sun loungers. We went half board as all inclusive wasn't that great. Other than that no issues at all, the food was great and the Hotel was right beside the *****, market stalls, beach, bars and restaurants on doorstep. Definitely stay here again. Was my second time in Lloret and can't really fault it compared to the last Hotel i stayed at which was nothing compared to here. Issabele the waitress was absolutely lovely please give her credit from us she made us feel so welcome and we will definitely be back when we come back to Lloret

We have had a lovely time here. All the staff have been lovely and work very hard in all areas to make sure you have a good holiday. The veiw we had from our room was amazing. The hotel is very clean, we went all inclusive and the food is good. Located in the quieter end of lloret but only a short walk to the main *****. Would definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to come back. Thank you
