The property was OK. The room was clean and the only problem we had was that my wife has mobility problems and she yesterday had a walker. The elevator was out of order. I tried to contact ******* and I got a robotic service. I said what do I do with a person in a wheelchair and no elevator in a hotel Because the rate was sealed and locked. The robotic person told me that if I can’t answer your question, I will get you in contact with a person and blocked any further communication with me. There is no way that a person on this planet, I can get a hold of ******* , because of the fact, they do not have a phone number for customer service. The staff is personable he felt the pain they called the manager and told him that there was nothing that they could do because they didn’t have any of the finances that ******* was holding until we left to guests helped my wife up the stairs big strong man. We were happy for that as we don’t have hundred dollar bills to throw around.
