Small studio flat; location and a very nice cleaning lady totally make up for the lack of space in the room.

This isn't a apartment it was a tiny room in a house converted to a so called apartment . We stayed here for 1 night and that was bad enough. The bed was rock hard and covered in black hairs like it hasn't been washed from the guests before. The pillows even stank. The towels provided was child size so covered nothing. We went back to our room after a event at the O2 looking forward to a good night sleep to then be awake till 2/3 am in the morning due to the loud foot steps and slamming doors coming from upstairs. I would recommend staying at the IBIS budget across the road if you want a better night stay.

Absolutely nothing like the picture. It’s a studio room NOT a modern apartment as the description says. Nevertheless it was warm and clean, but far too small. Ok to sleep and shower but not for spending time in.

Walls are paper thin, heard everything in the building and outside- noisy and did not feel safe at all! The door has an electric key, the door itself was thin and could easily be kicked in- no feeling of safety at all. Personally, as a woman travelling on my own - I wouldn't recommend at all.

How can you take my money and cancel the booking as it is the wrong information I booked entire apartment not shared premises with a room the guy on the phone tells me to pay another £200 if I want the room when I already paid it is not right to bring customer to the premises and say *********** is as fault with wrong information I lost out £117 for no reason the premises is not private it's 1 house they turned into different apartment by converting the bedroom the guy should have not taken my money he refused to pay back

The property is in a good location to get to the o2 arena. There was no checkin information shared so it meant it was stressful to arrive at the property. The flooring was chipped which lowered the standard and would have caused damage if stubbed feet on the flooring.

This apartment is excellent and locations is good If you come by train, jump off at Blackwall and you have a 5 min walk It’s 4 stations from the Excel fair, about 7 min. Nilgun who fixes everything around the apartments is the best She is super friendly and helpful I will for sure stay here again

Nicely presented, well run apartments that are only let down by being next to a busy road. I have ear plugs for sleeping and these were definitely required. As it was an apartment there was a cooker and utensils. Everything I needed was there. The bathroom was small but had a large shower. Plenty of clean towels too. The bed was comfortable though I prefer to have a sheet as well as a duvet (long legs, feet get cold).

Positives: The room was clean and tidy. The host has pleasant when checking in. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The bed was comfortable and a good size. Negatives: The room was close to a busy road which was created lots of noise. Other than the shower, the bathroom was very small and let the room down. There was a glass section of the wall which had no curtains and let light in the room early in the morning.
