It was my first stay here at 1 Hotel Mayfair. Even though several unexpected things happened, they have helped me out all the time. I really love the design of the hotel and the locations as well as their services too! I would say this stay was 5 out of 5.

An exceptionally beautiful hotel with a warm, professional and welcoming team. 1 Hotel Mayfair truly blew me away. Aesthetically stunning with its giant moss "chandelier," wood, stone and British art works throughout, along with state of the art an in-room mineral water dispenser, plants everywhere. Plus exceptional FOOD! From the Dovetale Restaurant to their cafe lunch to the best in-room dining experience I have ever had. Truly inspiring and restorative. I will be back!

I want to visit and explore this new hotel as one new franchise from USA and ECO friendly.. Love the staff Starting from Roxana until the Manager Mina How friendly they are and let you feel very welcome. The room absolutely goals.. i love everything.. Definitely i will give it try next time

Nestled within the bustling heart of London, lies a splendid hotel adorned with impeccable charm and staffed by individuals of remarkable warmth and assistance. While its popularity is evident in the constant flow of visitors, I must affirm that amidst the vibrant competition, this establishment stands as the epitome of excellence. Undoubtedly, it surpasses all other lodgings I've experienced in London thus far.

We had a wonderful one night stay for our wedding anniversary at this Mayfair property. We loved the attention to detail and focus on sustainability, all while maintaining a sense of luxury. Our room was spacious with a separate sitting area, in which the staff had kindly left some lovely amenities. The restaurant has a relaxed vibe and the food was delicious - we had 3 courses with wine pairings. And they even have a knickerbocker glory stand!! We were super well looked after by the lovely staff. Thank you. We’ll be back!

The team at 1 Hotel were amazing to work with from start to finish. We held an event upstairs for around twenty people, everybody was so friendly, helpful and the manager even extended the room so that it was more comfortable, even though we hadn't booked it! We would love to host an event here again and would highly recommend this nature-centric haven in the centre of London. Thank you so much, Olivia

This is the most amazing hotel in one of the best locations in London. The ambience, stunning decor and design, staff attitude are all fantastic. It’s sustainability mission is to be embraced by the hospitality sector and truly they are leading the way

It's like stepping in to a retreat from the moment you enter the front door. We stayed for 2 nights and couldn't recommend this hotel enough. The gym was beautiful and really well equipped, the spa was serene and the treatment I had was worth every penny. You can tell that the design of the hotel has been thought through to every detail, including the senses and smells experienced all around. We loved the artwork dotted around, especially the deep connection back to the natural world. The water dispenser in the rooms was a really positive feature to ensure less plastic use and was used every day. The staff were a real highlight with everyone going out of their way to ensure you have the most memorable time and want for nothing. My main feedback point to improve would be to incorporate more substantial vegan options on the menu. We saw the menu's at The1Hotel in New York and they seem to have a much broader variety without compromising on flavour or delight. However, having said that the food that was available was very nice. Overall it was a truly wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon.
