Premier Inn London City (Tower Hill)

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location, easy to check in and check out

Beds were too short for someone 190 cm talll and one of the nights was a bit cold. Apart of that everything else was absolutely fine! Location very good as it is a short walk from Tower bridge and very closed to Aldgate and Tower Hill underground stations.. I definitely recommend!

I like the hotel. Clean, roomy, with big windows, wooden desk and wardrobe. The TV is nice too. It has the setting that is like home.

타워브리지 5분 거리여서 좋았고 4시까지 룸클리닝 있으니까 그 전에만 카운터에 치워달라고 얘기하고 나가면 치워줌. 수건도 넉넉하게 주는데 살짝 방음이 안되는게 감점

Friendly reception team, clean and comfortable room, shower had very good water pressure. Location was perfect for being in Tower Hill and breakfast was good. Only minor was that the room was right outside of the train tracks so you would hear it passing every now and again however it did not manage to disturb us during the night which is good. The tv in the room was more like a screen monitor and at night the lights from outside of the room in the bedroom corridors were left on during the night and so let light into the room from underneath the door which isn’t ideal for someone who prefers to sleep in total darkness. Maybe worth putting in motion sensors or have the door completely sealed

Understaffed - was taking around 30 minutes to get served at the bar. Stood waiting 10 minutes to check in, even though there were two members of staff and only 1 other person in front of me. Raised a complaint about the room on first day was not resolved after my two night stay. Raised 'good night guarantee' reception staff did not seem to care. No apology nothing. Not told were food was served. Sign's on doors not to use stairs but everyone using so unsure why signs were up. Always stay at a premier inn on stays in London but will not be staying at this hotel again.

This has to be the smallest premier inn room we have ever stayed in. Hardly any space either side of the bed and you couldn’t walk round the bottom of the bed if someone was sitting at the ‘desk’. No opening windows and the lowest temperature on the air con was 19degrees, as I said to reception that isn’t air con that is heating. They were very responsive however and got us a fan straight away. The bed wasn’t as comfy as other premier inn beds. Overall the hotel was clean and staff were ok. On the plus side there is a Wetherspoons just across the road, so had breakfast there and cheap ( for London) drinks once or twice on an evening. We wouldn’t stay at this premier inn again, there are better ones on the south side of the Thames. The bathroom was good had walk in shower which was nice.

London has lots of different areas but this hotel is located superbly for City airport, Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the Circle Line. Every member of staff encountered was great and the normal high standards expected of the brand were delivered at a fair price

Probably the best Premier Inn we have been in. It was comfortable clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing was that despite having additional windows, we could still hear the trains early in the morning, but if I had done my research, I would have known. Saying that, we are still going to go back again for another visit to London and will stay there again.
