酒店地理位置非常好，出門5分鐘就可以到地鐵和黑衣修士火車站，餐食，房間也都很令人滿意，唯一不足就時酒店的網絡，WiFi非常慢，而且要不停地連線，後來花了5鎊升級了24小時WIFI，居然還是不停的掉線，一不注意就發現自己手機又在花4G 流量，要不停地連，非常奔潰。這一點有待改進。

We stayed here and took the £29.99 meal and breakfast deal. Squid starter not bad, albeit a bit greasy and served with a basic mayo. Fish and chips were standard. The breakfast was inedible, the food stank of rancid oil. When I took a bite of the black pudding it was like a sponge soaked in the above mentioned rancid oil. I almost threw up. This is by far the worst breakfast I have ever eaten at a Premier Inn and I stay in the all the time for business whilst working away. I left most of the food on the plate. The coffee was undrinkable also.

The staff were wonderful, have stayed here before, therefore choosing to come back although not our best location choice. Cleaning of bath and room could have been better, but not a deal breaker.

Awful service and rude staff. It took 20 minutes to check in, thr bar tills were down so food and drink was unavailable with no option of opening a tap or charging food and drink to your room. I ordered a drink at the bar and was called over to pay in advance for it before it was even poured. I stay at premier inns nationwide on business trips on a regular basis and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to purely based upon its standard of service.

This is my choice hotel when i visit London, due to location, accessibility to Thameslink/tube stations and easy walking distance to Theatreland, St Paul's cathedral, Borough market and more. Comfy hotel with bar and restaurant if required. Easy check in too. Check out not till noon which is great advantage.

An excellent budget hotel, a short two minute walk from the tube station, a very clean hotel, excellent friendly staff, spacious dining area with good food, really nice bar area, and clean comfortable rooms.Would highly recommend.

Team was kind and smiling and handled all situations promptly and efficiently. We took breakfast with my kids and food was really nice and kids eat for free! About the location, you have everything nearby and far from noise and crowds. Definitely we will come back here next time.

Thanks so much to Sandeep on reception, he went above and beyond not only checking me in, but I also had other issues that he helped me with such as printing that I needed for a work emergency. He made sure I had everything I needed and then some, all whilst continuing to help other guests to make sure they had a great experience.
