Travelodge London Battersea

After an excellent stay at the Chieveley site, we were looking forward to staying in Battersea. Massive disappointment - evil smelling corridors and grubby room. To be avoided at all costs.

Room was very clean and must have had a recent refit. Staff were exceptional and very friendly. Thank you

Location was ideal for our stay, rooms clean and comfortable reception staff very helpful- Kimberly was very nice and helpful- rooms did not have a hair dryer but given one by reception- our room was fine although the corridors were smelly - smoke/weed,

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The manager Kimberly had exceptional custom service skills and made our stay even easier. She was very helpful and accommodating with our luggage accident. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were really comfortable. Highly recommended hotel, will be back.

I made a spontaneous trip to London on my solo's with no where to stay, i wondered on the Battersea Travelodge. i had no booking but the lovely mangers Kimberly was so helpful she helped me to book the room online, she promoted the breakfast on site (which was just a breakfast box) overall lovely experience.

Staff went out of their way to put me and my other guests in rooms that were next to each other. Really helpful.

Arrived at the travelodge staff very pleasant but had an issue with noise in room 126. Their is an extractor ducting right outside the window which is massively noisy. As its got no air con you need the window open Popped down to reception where I met miranda and Kesh they were really helpful and moved me straight away with no issue. I'm only rating this five stars as the staff are excellent. Travelodge should really look into wether or not the fit for purpose .. as I think at over £100 per night you should get a good night's sleep and not just a shower.

Poor services all around. We stayed four nights and had only one change towels and no maid service despite repeatedly asking for it. We final had to get towels and toilet paper ourselves from the front desk. Dirty cups lying in the corridor for days. Noisy and stuffy room with very little air circulation. Not recommending and not going back.
