From the moment we arrived at the Assembly we were made feel so welcome. All of the staff we met with went above and beyond to provide excellent service and I really appreciated it. The location is so central and it makes an ideal family friendly base for exploring London. We will definitely be back!

Very professional staff helping out with the self check in system. Rooftop bar gave a stunning view over London, we tried the fries and halloumi fries. The honey mustard sauce was fantastic. The bed was insanely comfortable. The only thing I would say is that we paid extra for a room with a window that didn’t open up. This could just be something that’s normal in London though so not enough to dock any stars.

Pros:
1. very good location
2. the front desk is good and helped me with my issues.
Cons:
1. i was given the room on the level 2
2. the room is very small
3. the toilets are nice but very small. No places to put any toiletries
4. there are no facilities if you need them, only a roof restaurant and bar that opens at 4pm onwards.

The location of the hotel is amazing, you can easily walk to many attractions. Right in the middle of the theaters, you can easily go around. The service was really nice, the front desk staff super polite and friendly, except for one guy that you can’t tell he doesn’t enjoy the job at all. The room was pretty nice, small but cozy. Overall a good experience!

The hotel is good if you want a very central place in soho. The area is very busy which has ups and downs !
