Sonder at Virginia House, Bloomsbury

Have been staying with Sonder many many times, overall happy to stay with them for location, price and design of their flats, generally quite clean amenities. Stayed in Museum street in a smaller flat this time, 1 bed, amazing location, but very very noisy building, would t recommend anyone staying on the first floor as you can hear neighbours top and bottom, slamming doors and cars nonstop when windows open. Moreover check in is very late 4pm and check out very early 11am, which Sonder says can be amended to earlier/later times but I. My many experiences rarely that is a possibility. Not great line of communication as every time you have a request or complaint you speak to a different member of staff and it seems to be a waste of time. Also this particular time I didn’t receive a great customer service to say the least, just pure evil awful communication. So overall nice flats, but I would stay away from bury place 1 bedroom flats, i would go for their larger options or pick a different location, but also given my most recent experience not sure if I ll stay with them again.
