Great location and nice apartment, but rating would be higher if the mattress of the sofa bed was changed

Great location, averagely equipped, not well cleaned. Bathroom door filthy. Yuck! Good bedlinen. No mattress protector on a very thin and wirey sofa bed mattress. Bedroom windows didn't open . Communication non existent. Emails consistently ignored.

An excellent location in Convent Garden. Accommodation is to a fantastic standard and staffing I dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly. Theatre area is on your doorstop, which was very suitable for our visit.Would definitely book again.

We had a very good stay in London, at Cove St. Martin. The appartment was spacious enough and equipped with many amenities. Good bed. Excellent location for visiting London. In a neighborhood full of theaters.

We had the best stay and the staff really were incredible. I recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay during your time in London. It was very welcoming and clean throughout. A well deserved 5* from me!

Fabulous apartment- amazing location. Spacious and very clean. The balcony was an added bonus ! Excellent facilities. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit the theatre and enjoys eating!

A great, spotlessly clean, apartment in a central location. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for our few days in London. Had an issue with Wi-Fi which was promptly rectified. A special thanks to Antonio. One of the group left her kindle behind which he arranged to post to her. Very helpful staff. We had a fabulous trip.

This was a REALLY FRUSTRATING establishment to work with. Know that there is no reception— it is not a hotel— they will not hold your bags and check in is 6 blocks away—- so you have to schlepp with all luggage. My key was not ready when I got there after long flight. There is no one to talk to in person in a vacant hallway with no directions. I’m not joking, this was like the twilight zone. In the welcome letter that was sent the WhatsApp number does not exist— I thought I had been duped. If you BEG them to hold your bags before check-in they will direct you to yet a THIRD location. This should not be mistaken for any kind of hotel— it’s more like a very poorly run Airbnb. Our shower had no hot water. The woman who they finally put us in direct contact with was lovely and helpful. It was very clean. It could be good if you wish to stay for a week or longer… as a one night it was dreadful.

I didn't like that I had to go to another property to pick up keys. It would be very easy to have a set up similar to the Arne street location for key pickup. The pull out couch mattress was very thin and you could easily feel the springs. Layout was of apartment was very good. Wifi was spotty. Water from the shower got on the floor very easily and there needs to be a fan in the bathroom. Balcony was great.
