Booked over the Bank Holiday, very spacious, amenities superb for cooking,washing /dishwasher. Location was ideal took pics at the Tower Bridge which was a stone throwaway. Transport connection, buses,train station close by. Did not get to visit the rooftop restaurant it was already fully booked. Would definitely book the hotel again.

read some bad experiences from the comment. But my first impression was not bad. We are earlier, about 10:00 am, and the room is not ready. We can store our luggage in the reception, really helpful. Our room was upgraded, the room was nice, we have a sitting room and an open kitchen. We enjoy sitting next to the window and enjoying our breakfast there. Overall, the people in the hotel were helpful, the room was beautiful, the location was not bad, and the hotel restaurant was not bad too!

Very good location, close to Tower Bridge, and close to subway! Room size is also bigger than other similar type hotels I stayed before. Service is also great, highly recommended.

Excellent service with excellent views. Very convenient location.
This is my first time to stay in London for business trip and travel during the christmas time. I truly appreciated all the support from this hotel especially I would like to thank you for customer service manger (Mr. Ayush Mehta) for his excellent care and support to us. Thank you for being so patient to us and we were so satisfied of all the arrangement!
