Heeton Concept Hotel – Luma Hammersmith

This is one of the best affordable hotel option in London. I stayed in Lite Room, around 13sq.m. I don't feel petite at all. I have space for me 28 inch luggage, and space to do yoga in the room. The bed is comfy, and the Daikin air condition is a highlight to the room. At least, it is quiet. Many other hotels are noisy in hell. A few negative points. There isn't any stools or chairs in the room. It you extremely concern the hygiene of the room, as well as amenities, I suggest you not to stay in the room. There were dusts on the bed sheets, and the janitors did not help me to clean my leaking bottle of hand soap. Most importantly, the air filter is super dusty, and they are cleaning up. Anyways, I still love this hotel so so so much. All staffs (except janitors) are so nice.

Perfect location and accommodation with very nice price in london! Got upgraded to a family size room with two double beds for just myself. A little walk in closet opposite to the shower space. which is separate from the toilet. Theres also a little pantry space with fridge and kettle and also tea n coffee. Check-in time at 3pm n if u need early check-in they did ask for an extra payment. But u can store your luggage there for free and explore the city if the rooms not ready. The Hammersmith is a nice n conviennent neighbourhood. Three metro lines and many buses to access with. Take a nice morning strolling over the Hammersmith bridge riverside with just a 10mins walk away from hotel. Theres also many nice dining spots and supermarket chains nearby and even the biggest shopping mall among uk the WESTFIELD! Staff r very very attentive and helpful during the stay! Kudos to the team! Every each one of them! U also get to grab a free drink next day from the fridge at the lobby if u choose to opt out the cleaning service. This branch is way better than the one at earl’s court i can guarantee u with my recent stays at both place!

We had a very pleasant stay at Luma. The location is ideal being a ＜5 minute walk from Hammersmith underground station and a couple of km from both Fulham and Putney. The room was clean and it felt modern and well kept with shampoo, conditioner and body wash also provided which we provided. Overall we really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend!

All good, staff're very friendly. The room is clean and room space is fit for two people. Also there have a microwave that really good. When we buy some food in the evening, we can use it to wave the food. Location not so far from tube station and easy to walk.

Really loved the location of the hotel – just a few minutes’ walk from Hammersmith station, which has everything you need! Plus, I appreciated the eco-friendly initiative where you can get a free drink if you opt out of housekeeping for stays over 3 nights. However, the elevators were out of service during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the shower and toilet were quite small, making it a little tricky to move around – probably not the best fit for someone on the larger side. Overall, a good stay but could use some improvements in those areas.
