We booked a suit for the a 1 night stay at the price of £284.
We had a 3pm checkin but our room was not ready until after 4pm, despite being at the hotel from 12:30.
The room was not great!
It had ripped carpet, crumbs on the floor, desk chair broken.
No toiletries, no water in the room. The pressure on the shower was also low.
We went to the bar at 4:30 for a drink. It was not busy and was advised its table service only.
We waited 15 or so minutes but no service, staff were seen to be huddled to the left of the bar chatting, despite multiple attempts To get one’s attention but failed, so we left along with 2 other tables.
We used the pool, this was cold, but is very relaxing, steam room and sauna had plenty of room.
There was a bad smell of sewage in the spa.
Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and the quality was
Adequate.
Luka at the concierge desk was very attentive and observant.
This is our third stay at this hotel and 9th stay at the chain.
The quality of this hotel does not meet other hotels in the chain.

Hotel was in an ideal location for us, lovely views of Westminster.. All areas were clean and well maintained. Room was clean and spacious, shower and bath.
Downsides
It was very noisy at night, you could hear the roads outside. The bed was a little hard for us.
Conclusion.
We would definitely stay here again, as its near to Waterloo Station and all amenities.

Quite convenient, about 5-7 mins walk to the metro!
Very near to big ben and london eye. Thank you for letting us check into a room at 8am in the morning upon arrival

Don't stay. The hotel and rooms smell very bad, there is not even water in the room. breakfast is very bad. It's better to stay in a hostel

I arrived at the hotel with my mom, on entering I was pleasantly surprised of the beautiful interior and the welcome, however when I went to the room, the view was of a building not a city view, I spoke to front desk and explained the hotel stay was a surprise for my mom, they said this would be sorted and gave us a new upgraded room, the room was beautiful and myself and my mom enjoyed the stay very much, Thank you for making the stay special for my mom.

Service and amenities in the hotel were great. However, I requested for a room with view but was told that it was a chargeable upgrade. I ended up in a room with small window facing the atrium.
