Prime Inn

We ended up booking at Prime Inn Hotel late at night due to having to leave our other hotel promptly. The guy on the front desk was extremely polite and even upgraded our room. The room was clean, which compared to our other hotel, was a blessing. Would definitely recommend.

The shower did not have any hot water so could not shower the morning after, Parked at the property and had luggage stolen from my boot, the receptionist advised I should have gotten the CCTV and after 2 weeks nothing called again nothing, the bed was pretty hard and hurt to sleep on it, only good thing was the look of the room, location. Don't take your own vehicle and don't leave anything in your car otherwise you'll regret it like I did.

When we checked into the hotel they said they was going to put us in the family room and would move us if someone else booked it. As we were going to be out the next day we said we would prefer the room we booked as we weren’t comfortable with them moving our stuff. The room we booked wasn’t available as they were full,so they were doing us no favours by putting us in this other room. We left the next morning, when we returned later in the evening our belongings had been packed and left in the hallway. As we explained,this was not acceptable,it was not ethical and it was also an invasion of our privacy. When asked to speak to a manager we were told we couldn’t as he was in the hospital and no assistant manager was available,we found out later that evening when the fuses blew out in our room that the guy we spoke to earlier was in fact the assistant manager. He didn’t know how to change a fuse and had to call an electrician. The 2 rooms we had were dirty, one shower was broken with rusted parts, there were dirty marks and things that looked like dried snot on the walls. When asked how many rooms were in the hotel(16), then asked how many rooms actually looked like the site we booked on, there reply was 2 or 3. There is so much wrong with this place, spend a little extra and stay somewhere nicer where the staff know how to run a place and will not lie to you.

A few days after staying here, I had welts all over in little rows. Clearly the result of bed bugs, and this was the only hotel I stayed at while travelling. I emailed the hotel about it but got no response whatsoever.

Very short stay at this hotel, our room wasn't very clean at all..very dirty floor all ledges dirty and dusty, curtains didn't fit the window and had holes in, the shower head was covered in limescale the shelves in the shower were rusty no plug in the sink the stairs carpet was very badly stained all the way up the stairs and hadn't been hovered in a long time, staff were slightly rude apart from the one who checked us in. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying here and definitely won't be staying again.

Paid for room at classic hyde park hotel bit was put up in classic hotel . Room 12 absolutely appalling!. Filthy room thick of dust dirty shower ripped bedding. Complained so we were moved day after to room 1 in basement while it was cleaner the tv didnt work nor the fan. The staff on reception changed every four or five hours the staff many new had no idea how to handle complaints. Attrocious hotel. Would not recommend this place is a dump.

Location wise is good and parking out front for £15 per day. That’s the only good thing about it it’s dirty inside we stayed in room 12 there was dirty skirting boards grimy windows splashes up the walls. The landing carpet is dirty and never seen a Hoover. Everything in the room is mis-matched there’s bulbs missing out of the lights and no towels supplied ( although with hindsight that may not be a bad thing) so we went and bought some. Staff were friendly enough it just needs some TLC. We got the hotel at a bargain in all fairness but in future I’d pay a bit more and stay elsewhere.

This hotel is false advertisement the rooms are nothing like they show ,they are filthy bed sheets covered in make up and blood .man on reception no customer service skills at all very rude just no interest was chatting on phone whole time. We told him about sheets he told us to wait outside till they changed sheets the whole place is discusting and really don't know how they are trading ,we didn't stay there as we couldn't stay in a place like that . We paid£85 including breakfast was then told won't get breakfast . I'm sorry but this hotel should be closed down..

Era Classic Hotel invece adesso si chiama PRIME INN una bella zona di Paddington, London. Ci sono tanti ristoranti in zona e anche vicino alla stazione di Metropolitana fermata Paddington.L'albergo è piccolino ma molto pulito e sono gentili. La colazione è compreso nel prezzo. Mi è piaciuto molto questo posto.
