Days Inn Hyde Park

Room was clean and good. Lots of storage spaces for your stuff. Staff were really nice and humble. And location was really convenient and very close to Paddington station. The only downsides were room service and breakfast. We stayed there for 3 nights and they didn't even clean the room once, even after requesting them to. Instead they gave us bin bag to empty our own garbage bin which felt really weird. The breakfast was sooooo bad. We mostly had breakfasts outside even though we paid for breakfast (included with room booking). I felt they can improve the breakfast for the price we are paying. Even the cheapest hotels have proper English breakfast.

Good location, it's located near the Paddington railway station. More convenient for customer who use the Heathrow Express and need to travel by train. The hotel has lift, fon't worry about the heavy luggage.

The room is very clean and nice. The view from the balcony is amazing. Breakfast was great too. It is very close to the Paddington station. I really enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler.

Very close to Paddington. Pretty comfortable bed. Close to the Elizabeth Line, Central line, and Hype Park Winter Wonderland.

it was an amazing time to stay in Day Inn. The location is very close to Paddington Stn. The staff are very helpful and their service is very nice with the best tanking care. Breakfast was normal, the room was clean, wifi was good. Perfect location with easy access to many underground lines at a competitive price. Situated amid restaurants and shops but is quiet at night to allow a good sleep. Rooms are equipped with most of the basic amenities, tho the carpet and chair seems to be quite dirty and old. Water is hot enough for a warm and cozy shower in winter time. Breakfast is better than expected, coffee tastes so good. Staffs are nice to assist and even upgraded larger rooms for us.

Room was generally small due to the additional fire door in between. Room was generally dirty on the first day when we arrived(refer to photos). Highlighted to the reception and requested for housekeeping and changing of bedsheets as it had stains but receptionist was rude to us and gave us attitude. Shower head was dirty as per photos and the electric kettle was old and disgusting. There was one receptionist which was rude and unhelpful to us as we asked him to turn on the heater for the bedroom for us as it was very cold despite having turned on the air conditioning (which the receptionist told us to do so to make the room feel less cold). Bedroom heater was always turned off by the receptionist during our stay and we had to go up to the receptionist to plead with him to turn on despite us being the hotel guest. We stayed in this hotel for more than 15 days fyi. Other than good location, there’s nothing good. Breakfast was the same and cucumbers were always finished/out of stock. I would not recommend for long stays neither short stay.

Booked this hotel as its close to Paddington Station. It served its purpose for us. We had a twin room and 1 bed was very high. I struggled getting onto it. Our window overlooked the backyard. 1 night was enough. It was very dated, apart from the bathroom. I wouldn't say this was a 3 star hotel!

It was located near the train station:) The hotel room was clean and hotel staffs were friendly:)
