Very good location staff very helpful had there own carpark and very convenient to all the shops bars and restaurants

Amazing hotel, everything within walking distance. Staff are incredible,special mention for Gerry, so so helpful.

Was great that shops and restaurants where close to the hotel, underground car parking was brilliant knowing that our car was safe. Having a swimming pool in the hotel was great to be able to go and relax. Food in the hotel was excellent as where all the staff

Fantastic location and very busy. Great to have music in the bar area around dinner time.
However, the pool and spa facilities were out of order. Breakfast was poor - coffee machines broken, food slow to come out, no bowls for cereal, no plates for the croissants. Although staff all friendly and helpful.

Room was spotless and well heated, bar/grill was lively and had live sports. Swimming pool big hit with the children (swimming cap required). Great central location will be back

A bad experience from checking in We
were allocated room 416 and our cases left in room Came back from shopping to find a member of staff had changed it to 608 Om arrival the noise was excessive We called reception who sent porter who told us we were above maintenance and couldn’t stay Changed to room 215 which was absolutely freezing We spent night cold and uncomfortable Hot up early for breakfast and no heating in restaurant A throughly unhappy stay which left us very disappointed Spoke to reception who said it would be passed on but wasn’t unduly apologetic

The location is perfect for Derry centre and the room (family size) felt very comfortable for our small family of 3. The car parking downstairs is very tight but an added benefit and the swimming pool was a great hit with our son.
