Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Long Beach Airport

The staffs were friendly, we stayed for 1 week and our experience was great there.

The staff was very friendly and kind unfortunately they were out of shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries . The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and some of the towels were dirty/dark. Also we had a cockroach in the restroom.

垃圾的很，很少進行差評，再不濟也就不做評價，提前三天退房，説好的退款，到時候還是沒退，環境差的**，早餐就門口擺了點麪包，各種的差，沒有任何一點值得入住的。

There was a bug in my room, the bed skirt is filthy (room 201) and carpet looks really dirty, hallways smelll bad, and stairwells smell as well, style looks like 1970, no soap or shampoo when check in

This was the first time I had ever stayed at an Extended Stay of America hotel, and I was also disappointed in the whole experience. As soon as we checked in, there were about 7 guests waiting to either check in or get some help form the front desk clerk. However, the front desk clerk did everything they could in a timely fashion with the limited resources. I noticed the front desk looked to be unorganized with an iPad sitting on a monitor riser to check in guests. I could see the laundry and mountain of dirty laundry being loaded into the wash just by standing at the front desk. Not a good look for first impressions. It took about 15 minutes to be checked in and finally went to the room. As soon as we entered the room, the little kitchenette cabinets were all wide open. The bathroom sink faucet handle was broken and looked to have green mold coming from it. the sink counter looked like it had even previously burnt by a curling iron or something and there was a hair on one of the hand towels. The hotel room did not look or smell clean. We ended up just dropping off our items and rushing out to head out for a wedding we were running late from. We originally intended to stay over, but felt it was unsanitary and did not feel safe, so we ended up going to another hotel for the night. Waste of money.

Check in was quick and easy. Hotel staff were nice. Location was convenient. Room was a little outdated but it was fine for what we needed it to be, a place to sleep.

Please do not stay at this hotel. I made a big mistake booking here. It smells like **** and cigarettes in the hallways and room. Its in a shady area of town and the front desk staff leave at 11 pm there is no security. I’m scared at this point to sleep

7 night stay. Refused to clean the room. Had to take the trash out ourselves. Bugs. Breakfast was coffee tea and mini muffins. Disinterested desk staff.

The hallways were dingy and smelled like stale cigarette smoke, despite it being a "non-smoking" place. The room in general was clean and bright - not bad at all. The bathroom had not been cleaned well though, as there were reddish pink smears on the doorframe (lipstick?) and spots on the floor, as well as a bloody fingerprint on the toilet seat! Luckily I had brought cleaning wipes, so I could take care of it, and after that things were fine.
