The Hotel added a $25 service fee for each day booked. They did this upon check-in. This was not mentioned in the booking information for this hotel. The booking fees are not refundable, and they reminded me of this fact. So you have the choice of losing the total paid for the booking, or pay the service fee for each day. So the pricing driving you to make the choice to book this hotel is now higher by $25 per night.
Trip.com paid the service fee due to the bate and switch that the hotel pulled on me. The room was very small, but it was clean. The hotel is under construction, so the floor is plywood in the hallway.
There is no parking available. What ever you can find on a very busy Lime street.
I cannot recommend this hotel for the reasons given above.

The midnight check-in guy was friendly and helpful, and disclosed their $25 "Service Fee" which states $20 on their sign pictured here and then itemized $22+tax on my receipt; the front desk manager was arrogantly defensive and unhelpful telling me to call ******* when questioned upon check-out and failed to find their fine print on my Trip.com receipts that clearly state all taxes and fees are included in the stated total, bad business practices.

離海邊很近，居然用鑰匙開門，好久沒見到了。都挺不錯滴，前台小姐姐挺好看，讓給個好評，那必須給了哈哈哈

酒店不大，就2層有點像國內的公寓酒店，乾淨還是可以的，衹是還要額外收管理費25刀

This is a very charming, renovated hotel. The staff could not be more accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The bed is excellent. The bathroom is very small and does not have towel hooks. And the towels are very thin. Also, the coffee maker was not stocked so we could not use it. But overall it was a restful night’s sleep with excellent staff so worth the money!

The convenience to downtown was an added feature. The best part of my stay was the staff that worked there! Very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend. The room was very small, but I didn't need anything that wasn't provided.

Hotel was great. Clean, friendly staff. Very close to Long Beach convention center. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel. Very convenient.

The room was very comfortable and nicely designed. It came with a heater since tue AC units are und we construction, an alexa for your use, and good amenitities. There is a parking lot for $20 cadsh nearby but we found street parking (thi it fills up quickly).
