The staff is amazing and very helpful. The only concern is the mold in the shower. Otherwise, excellent facilities.

Had to wait 20 min to check in and check out since nobody was in counter
Can’t sleep at night because I could hear every sound a from the next room . Even snoring sound

No hot water in shower, hairs in sink & shower, sugar packet in bed between sheets, stains on couch

Property brand new. In fact construction going on in several areas including the third floor. As we stayed on the fourth floor it wasn't an issue. However construction crews were everywhere.
The room was clean and airy with a good A/C as it was over 100 degrees on both days. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but it appeared well equipped for longer stays including a full size refrigerator.

Property was filthy. Hair in the shower, at least 6 different pieces. They are supposed to refund our money. We checked in and immediately checked back out.
