Fantastic offering. Clean, spacious with good TV and coffee machine and a kitchenette. Everything you need without unnecessary faff. Highly recommended

The building and room are really nicely done and well appointed. Very friendly front desk. Sadly the noise level is off the charts. We were on the third floor facing 7th. Absolutely no sleep - the earplugs and white noise machine they provide should have clued us in.

It is a very safe property. Beautiful room with all the amenities you could ask for. I will definitely be staying here again.

Gorgeous rooms and lobby. Great location. Felt very safe outside the hotel. Having a washer dryer plus a kitchen was phenomenal.

Location of the Winfield is interesting , on one hand you are in mid DTLA, close to many interesting places, on the other hand you are in DTLA, this may not always feel to safe. you need to make sure you are aware where you are going, especially at night.
The hotel and service are great, but communication with the hotel is done mainly by app. Once again, at times great, at others, less communicative and responsive than a potential front desk.
Nice and useful small gym, and a nice outdoor terrace for when the weater is right.

The heat was broken in my room for the first few days, but they sent someone up to fix it. It would have been nice for them to respond sooner, but when they did, it was good service. I still really liked my stay and appreciated how friendly the staff were.

I love the hotel!!! but I have never seen so many homeless and the smell of the streets is horrible in downtown LA. The rooms and facilities are clean and the staff is amiable and helpful. I recommend the hotel but not the city.

I think Sonder does it right. The apar**ent style stay was amazing. They make it so you have all that you need. While they weren’t able to accommodate us for an extended check-out, having access to the lounge and luggage lockers (they may need another room during peak) until 10PM was great. We were able to explore a bit more and relax until our flight. Definitely will be back!
