Good service,clean room.but the air conditioner is too cold

The room is large and clean enough. The location is good and the shuttle is quick but it is too small that sometime fully occupied.

a bit dirty worn out carpet in the room, not a welcoming feeling by the 1st stepin, no free WiFi in the fitness room, but it is a convenient hotel for sleep overnight nearby LAX

The shuttle bus driver was really nice and helpful. The hotel should have signs to indicate queue of who comes first for the shuttle. Fortunately, the driver made it clear and was helpful with everything.

Sheraton never disappoints, good range of services and amenities. Staffs are professional, location is amazing. You can literally see airplanes landing, but it’s not noisy at all!! One thing I am picky about is they charge money for parking…

I just booked for a night because my flight arrived late. It's very convenient. They had shuttle picking me up from the airport and then the drive to the hotel was only less then 10 mins. The room was spacious . Just a bit disappointed that there was no room service. I arrived at the hotel around midnight and I was so hungry. So prepare yr food if you are arriving late. Otherwise, I feel good about most of the things in the hotel

I am a Business Owner of a Company in China i travel to USA often and i always take a break in this Hotel By the Airport, This time on the 27th of May 2024, My Check Inn time was 2PM, i reached hotel at 1:10pm, after a long delayed flight of 16 hours, The reception checked all and when i am about to swipe the card for security deposit, she says that i need an extra of 40USD to be paid for early Check Inn, I said i have been coming here fore more than 5 years and i every time i come at morning 8, 9, 10 etc, even i have checked in at 6 am always without paying extra, any this time, its just 45min to 2PM and you ask me to wait untill it become 2PM and then made my way to the room.
there is absolutely no HUMAN VALUE, we stay in 4 or 5 start for the small courtesy they show, but this one is crazy. This girl who is Chubby and a colored her hair only on the front Golden, the whole hair is black, just a bunch of them in the front is GOLDEN, I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN. AND I WILL STOP ALL RESERVATION FOR THIS HOTEL FROM MY COMPANY.

Old room; high price and not much facilities for 5 star hotel brand. I can’t sleep whole night because the noisy cause by open and close door of next; opposite rooms.
