The room was next to the washing and cleaning room not cool. Definitely not the first view i would like to walk into. Definitely bring air freshner and your own pillows. I made the best of it. Walking distance to a restaurant. Hotel needs an upgrades. Ok for the price.

Hey, you get what you pay for. This hotel is very simple but it's quiet, clean, convenient, the staff is lovely. No complaints. I'd highly recommend it

Not a 3 star hotel as others reviewed. Rooms were disgusting. Carpets were nasty, all the chairs were stained, curtains had filth on them, the tub had been painted with wall paint to cover up black mold. Walls were so thin I could hear the lady in the next room clearing her throat. Booked for 3 nights but only stayed one and I still need to call to get my money back for the other two. I should have known better based on the cost per night.

Staff we’re very nice & Friendly, room was comfortable & clean . This hotel is older & just needs a little TLC . Good Luck

The bed was extremely comfortable, a nice selection of breakfast bars, coffee and tea was available for breakfast. A cost effective option!

If I could give Anthony at the front desk ten thousand stars? I’d push for 20 thousand. The kindness you receive immediately entering the lobby… the comfort and warmth of the lobby, the ease of access to your room, the peace within each room… I can’t say enough good things! And the lovely and hard working women who have to pick up after everyone? They Still smile through it and are so unbelievably kind. If the property owner would put some effort into fixing the courtyard? ( trashed- meant to be a beautiful Japanese garden. Not worth the added fee for garden view balcony) and if they took WAYYY better care of their staff-Including the lovely late night front desk angels- this hotel has the potential of being a highly recommended and in demand establishment worthy of pricing.

Only input is there was a roach in my room when I arrived but just one. So I didn’t report it. However the rooms are often freezing and there are no comforters which is strange since all hotels I’ve been too have comforters on the bed so it would be nice to either increase the temp slightly or at least have comforters available for travelers who don’t want to sleep in 60 degree rooms. Otherwise I love staying here. The facility and staff are wonderful.

I had an excellent experience here. The staff was very attentive to my needs and requests. I returned to my room after a day of meetings to find my toilet was not working properly. Before I could inform the front desk there was a knock at my door and the plumber came in to fix it. The dysfunction was discovered during the room cleaning and they were on it! The front clerk called my room to say that they had prepared another room that I could move to if I wanted. They were all wonderful - even the plumber!

They only have one staff member working. The ******* site said it can pay cash for the balance but the staff declined to honour that. It was a good place to say as it was easy to get around. There were ants in the room.
