Λατρεύω αυτό το μέρος, είναι όμορφο που έχω πάει εκεί πριν χρειαστεί να σας πω ότι το φαγητό είναι τρομερό Επίσης η γυναίκα μου αισθάνεται το ίδιο. όλα ήταν αλμυρά, πικρός τρόπος για να φτιάξεις ζάχαρη όλοι οι χυμοί έχουν ψεύτικη γεύση. Δοκίμασα σχεδόν 20 διαφορετικά πράγματα Είχαν τρομερή γεύση Μόνο τα φρούτα, το γάλα και το ψωμί ήταν νόστιμα Πρέπει να κάνετε κάτι για αυτό η γυναίκα μου και εγώ ήμασταν άρρωστοι αλλά δεν ήθελα να παραπονεθώ θα επιστρέψω γιατί αγαπώ τον τόπο σας ελπίζω ότι το φαγητό θα έχει καλύτερη γεύση αυτές τις λίγες μέρες το φαγητό σας ήταν τρομερό και δεν είμαι επιλεκτικός

El hotel es enorme, tienen varios restaurantes pero el menú es el mismo y no está variado ni rico. El alcohol es de baja calidad.

Riu Santa Fe All inclusive what you get?
Good:
1. Hotel staff
2. Room service
3. Walkable distance to all the pools and beach.
4. Refrigerator filled with water, sparkling water and 5 or 6 tin beers.
5. Good food choices and good restaurants.
6. Snacks served at the pool (fries and tacos)
Bad:
1. Cheap alcoholic drinks
2. Alcohol served in cheap plastic cups smells fishy.
3. Tequila shots served in cracked shot glasses.
4. We are still sick sever throat pain and coughing for the past 5 days.
5. Uber is not allowed for pickup at the hotel front. You have to walk all the way outside to get a ride.
6. USD $630 hotel credits is a big scam. Which is divided for different services. To redeem $10 you might have to spend $130.
******* customer care was marred by frustration and disappoin**ent due to their abysmal customer service and lack of proper information.
Despite purchasing trip protection, my attempts to clarify the process for redeeming the USD $630 hotel credits and to request a price match for my hotel reservation were met with **incompetence and misinformation**. Over the course of two hours, I engaged in multiple chat sessions with different agents, only to be repeatedly **disconnected and left without resolution**.
When I finally resorted to calling the toll-free number, I was informed that I had missed the deadline to claim the price match by just one hour, resulting in a significant $280 price difference.

This was my third stay at the RIU Sante Fe and I would continue returning to this resort. It has great pools and nice water park for the little ones. The rooms are decorated nicely and have a stocked mini fridge. We enjoyed the nightly games and shows. The food is pretty good, I’ve noted an improvement in the buffet from our first visit 3 years ago, but the service remains excellent. We appreciate all the employees but especially Manuel, the supervisor at Torote and Teo, at the Baja buffet are excellent and go above and beyond! Thank you!

Excellent all around resort. Something for everyone, beach, pools, pool parties, just loved the resort. Lots of great restaurants and the drinks were fantastic. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

We enjoyed the resort, but I wish I would have realized how heavy it was on partying. Going to bed was tough with all the obnoxious drinks. But the resort itself was great and staff wonderful.

The food at best was average, but it’s an all inclusive resort so that’s what your going to get. If you like to party this is your place.

The staff is very rude and not helpful. They have no elevators, which is the worst when you’re staying on the top floor. Although they try to make it a “party” hotel, it was the worst experience ever. Do not recommend staying here.

I had such a lovely time here! Went on a girls trip and I just love how everything was so convenient. The food was as amazing and sooo many options which I love. There was a gym that was so nice and walkable. You felt like you lived in a town. Staff was so welcoming. So many pools. I would definitely come again here.
