Booked a family.room on a bed and breakfast basis for 3 nights..
Given details for entering/checking in, a contactless system safe key.
No major issues apart from never seeing anyone and not receiving a breakfast which was in our room rate . We would never have booked if it did not include breakfast.
I've written a number of reviews over the years and this my first which is a little negative.
We informed the b and b or should that be simply B , that we were leaving a day early. We tried calling hotel on phone number on ********* app page, but didn't get through. I believe ********* had same problem. I did message and received a reply a few hours later. I asked for a refund for 3rd night but was told no , however they are going to refund breakfast. Attitude and customer service very disappointing. No apologies for not being served breakfast and no understanding of how important breakfast was to working guys before a working day. Attitude very disappointing .
