great place . has a free pool table in the lobby. everything is updated. They need to update the matresses and pillows.

Louisville was FULL of events this past weekend and the staff at TRU were doing their best by everyone. The shuttle service, extra water etc were all welcome perks that we were not aware we would have. The only suggestions would have been an extra set of towels if housekeeping is only coming every other day (this was easily fixed with a call downstairs) and regular checks of the room to make sure electronics are in good working order. The audio on our tv was broken and staff came immediately to check it out but were not able to fix at that time. We had a non smoking room but someone around our room was smoking and the smell was definitely coming thru. Overall excellent stay, clean accommodations and friendly staff.

Staff was friendly. Place was clean. To close to the freeway you can trucks, horns, Siren's.

The clerk that checked us in wasnt super friendly, she was also there the next morning and wasnt any friendlier this time. Great location amd very clean and comfortable

Nowhere close by to eat, but they had the shuttle take me to a restaurant within 3 miles of the hotel(for free)and returned to pick me up. Quick also!!

The room was very nice and on the surface appeared to be very clean. Yet when I took my shoes off. . . there seemed to be quite a bit of dirt on the floor. Also the heating system was not what I wished. While the thermostat said 72 . . . it was cool and my husband had to wear a sweatshirt.
Minor details, but I hope you can look into them!

My key wouldn’t open my room so now they’re trying to move me to another hotel at 11:00 pm
