Premier Inn Luebeck City Stadtgraben

Um gesamten Hotel freundliche Mitarbeiter. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, also schon beim Betreten ein positiver Eindruck. Trotz Zimmer zur Straße drangen keine Geräusche herein. Gute Betten, allerdings stehen diese auseinander. Schöne große Dusche, alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar waren auch spätabends noch gut drauf. Das Frphstück war gut, Kaffee kann aus zwei Automaten gewählt werden. Leckere, kleine Brötchen und ausreichend Belag stehen zur Verfügung. Lediglich beim Rührei gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel hat uns angenehm überrascht, zumal die Innenstadt schnell zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

We stayed at the Premier Inn Luebeck City for two nights during our trip to Germany. The hotel is located a 5 minutes walking distance from Holsten Tor – the entry point to Luebeck’s old town. For our two night stay we booked a slightly larger room “Premier Plus” which was located on the third floor featuring also a capsule coffee maker, complimentary water, ironing board & iron and a mini fridge. The hotel is certainly new and the room as well as communal areas felt still very fresh with no sign of any wear and tear on the interior. The room and bathroom were also very clean. Check-in and check-out was very quick and hotel staff has been very friendly. The hotel also features a parking garage with a limit amount of parking spaces. The parking costs are EUR 15/night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would certainly recommend this property.

Very new, very clean hotel. We were very happy with our choice. The staff speak English and were very welcoming. Breakfast was €16.90 which was buffet and was good value in my view. Plenty of choice, from sausages, scrambled eggs, continental breakfast I.e. cheese and meats, cereals etc. unlimited coffee and juices, very nice. I would also recommend the hotel for its location, just outside the old city and adjacent to the train station by a short walk. We would definitely stop here again.

Modern hotel with basic room as expected. Friendly staff. Approximately 10 minute walk from old city, train station, restaurants, etc. Simple and reliable. Very slow internet. Did not have the overpriced breakfast. No safe or closet in room.
