Sempre always a good stay. Our room needs to work on there showers to make sure it’s working correctly.

Upon check in, our room has:
1. Incomplete items, like bath and hand towel, toilet mat.
2. Aircon and TV remote control is missing. We need to wait for several hours as the maintenance personnel kept the remote.
3. Door Keycard is not working you need to use the key to open the door
4. The hanging TV shelves is very hazardous, my.young granddaugther hit her face.
5. We requested for a cube ice for emergency use didnt came.
6. Breakfast buffet was not refilled.
The hotel need improvement with their services

It’s an old hotel in downtown Lucena. Had a hard time confirming my reservation when I called them letting them know that we will check in late. Our room got upgraded but again, the hotel is old.

We saw cockroaches in our room and also the water from bathroom smells like really bad specially in toilet bowl the water spray there and we don’t know where’s the smells came from hope they fix it

My wife and I had a wonderful time there. The front desk lady and the waitress treated my wife and I so kind.
This hotel has great employees and we are going to return.

房間設施老舊，破損未更新，網上預訂價格與現場價格差異很大，調整房型要求按照店裡原價補差價。新增的床鋪給很薄的床單，要求給被子，還要加價。
下水道反臭。

街中にあるので夜はうるさいです デラックスルームでも 部屋は狭いです バスタオルは有りますが ハンドタオルはありません

Location was perfect for what we needed.
Staff was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any needs.
Breakfast buffet was good, not great but I don’t expect it to be anything other than what it was.
Chinese Restaurant on 2nd Floor was a great place for lunch and dinner with a wide selection of delicious food in their menu.
The only down part - cockroach got caught in the in-room hot water pot (pour spout) so we passed on making any morning coffee.
