They are not connected internally to each other, but are all rented together. Very old farmhouse "Tenuta Farneta", surrounded by trees and meadows. 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, 50 km from the centre of Siena, 80 km from the centre of Firenze, in the countryside. Private: property, garden, swimming pool (16 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 28.Sep.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue. A lovely holiday house which we hired for 3 generations to share. The house itself is divided into 3 separate areas which worked well for the different families. The house is decorated in a rustic style and the cooking facilities were basic but adequate.

positive: - quiet, secluded location - beautiful old building, - very specially furnished, - large garden table, - large property with a great swimming pool, negative: - cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, - technical equipment works partially, - gas

Condition as seen in the pictures. However, the condition is worse because everything was not cleaned. It probably doesn't find any Final cleaning by the landlord, inventory of the 3 separate apartments are messed up in a kitchen, freezer access door defe
