Good room, nice and cooperative staff. Food is average as per cost, cleanliness good. On the whole like it and will recommend other.

*rooms* the rooms were in a deplorable state. They were dirty and poorly maintained, with an unpleasant smell that made our stay quite uncomfortable. The unhinged doors and broken furniture added to the rundown appearance of the place, making it feel far from a "paradise" *staff* the staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Any attempts to request assistance or report issues were met with dismissive attitudes, leaving us feeling unwelcome. *food* i was hesitant to try the food given the state of the rooms and the overall hygiene of the property. *amenities & services* the amenities were either non-functional or in such poor condition that they were unusable. The overall service was dismal, with no effort made to address our concerns or improve our experience. *overall* i strongly recommend avoiding vijay paradise. The combination of dirty rooms, rude staff, and lack of basic hospitality made this one of the worst stays i have ever had.

Hi team makemytrip, i had a great stay at vijay paradise, lucknow. I would rate my overall experience as *4 - good. The staff was friendly, the amenities were satisfactory, and the location was convenient. However, there's always room for improvement, particularly in terms of room service speed and breakfast variety. Looking forward to staying with you again. Best regards, abhinav mishra

I did not stay as new born baby expired and informed them one day before but they not refunding full amount

The property was good, i have opted a deluxe room, the bedding and toiletries are fine. Staff was cooperative. Food is expensive and not upto the taste
