Premier Inn Luton (Airport)

This accommodation should be ideal for those who stay temporarily near the airport for any reason. The location is very convenient. The airplane noise is expected simply because of the location. The room has a private bathroom, clean, and provides everything you probably need. Of course it is not a luxury option. I would stay here again as long as the price is still reasonable.

Lovely room, big, AC, very comfortable bed and duvet etc. Beefeater restaurant and bar right next door was great as we didn't know how far away dinner would be. Very helpful and friendly staff too. A bit of a walk from the station with suitcases. The bathroom smelled a bit like a previous guest had smoked in there.

Good location and we always stay here when visiting family but the cleanliness is going downhill and we will need to rethink going forward. The older part of hotel is rundown, a little musty and smells of smoke but the newer part is sadly not being taken care of.... The corridor smells of smoke, we werein 249, and the bathroom in ours very much appeared to be glanced over in cleaning terms...see pics. We can never fault the bed...always confy...but..if things are getting missed in bathroom, it doesnt fill me with confidence that the whole room is being cleaned to a high standard. Tried to contact PI before posting but their feedback form on website isnt working and no email address available. Also, no one was at the desk the four times we passed and no one picked up the phone when we tried to call once home.

We stayed in this premier inn for 2 nights after cameback from Turkey. First night was bit noisy from upstairs, next morning iasked to change room and we got without any problems good quiet room. Breakfast was good for 10.99, all you can eat. Good place to stay..

Really comfy bed. Very clean but basic room. Highlight was the staff who are really helpful. Big shout out to receptionist Kevin who helped me out with a parking issue. Hope he gets a raise! Ps remember to pay for your parking before you leave guys!

Close to airport, good customer service, comfy bed. Make sure you pick extra coffee, milk and tea bags in reception if you want a drink in the morning.
